Conveniently located in the Parkmoor community, enjoy amenities like a flat-screen TV, private balcony, covered parking, and a fireplace. The property is close to plenty of great attractions like Pikes Peak and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. The U.S. Air Force Academy is nearby and is home to Cadet Chapel and Falcon Stadium!

Enjoy a day at Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, just 12 miles away. The conservation park is home to the world's largest giraffe heard and even allows you to feed the giraffes! With over 140 acres and 750 animals, you'll feel like you're out in the wild with them!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
