Situated in a cul-de-sac with plenty of off road parking on the front driveway, a safe road with lovely neighbours. The house has recently been decorated throughout, including a new kitchen and bathroom. The house benefits from gas central heating with a powerful new combi boiler heating system.

The whole of the house is accessible, except the garage and the internal attic space. There is an entrance hall, downstairs toilet, Lounge, Kitchen, Diner, Utility room, upstairs: Main bathroom and three bedrooms. The rear enclosed garden is for your use and can be accessed from the side gate, which is secure or through the property whilst inside, out of the patio door or utility room external rear door. There is a shotgun safe large enough for 3 shotguns in the property for those on shooting holidays, or for those

There are bus routes seconds walk away from the house. A taxi journey into Chorley town will cost around £5.00. From Chorley you can access many motorways, it has great motorway network links. The Lake District, Blackpool, Manchester and Peak District etc is on the door step and easily reachable by car or train.
