Jasmine House is a fully air-conditioned, well furnished, 2 bedroom bungalow adjacent to the large communal swimming pool and children's pool, on the exclusive and gated Gemstone Village development, Choirokoitia.

There are front and rear terraces as well as a fantastic roof top terrace, ideal for sunbathing, BBQ's or enjoying an evening drink whilst watching the sunset over the surrounding hills.

With one double, one twin bedroom, and a large open plan kitchen / dining / lounge area all on one level Jasmine House is ideal for families or those just wanting to relax!

There is a family friendly Taverna conveniently situated right next to the development as well as several other bars and restaurants in Choirokoitia and the surrounding villages.

The large roof terrace has comfortable seating overlooking the pool, sun beds and reclining chairs as well as a table, 4 chairs and umbrella. There is a large tiled counter and sink making it ideal for BBQ's. There are great views of the sunset over the surrounding hills from here as well as distant views down to the sea.

The rear terrace and garden lead directly onto the kitchen / dining area and is equipped with a table, umbrella and 4 chairs. This terrace immediately overlooks the communal pool area which can be accessed by stepping over the wall or via the external path (we always hop over the wall!). From here and within the house you can easily see your children playing in the swimming pools and be with them in seconds.

The front terrace catches the early morning sun and is great for al fresco breakfasts especially in early and late season.

Covered parking space to keep the car cool rather than dry!

No close amenities so you will definitely need a car. Peaceful location. You will have the pool to yourselves although the pool kiosk has been closed all week which is a shame if you wanted a quick sn… More

We are pleased you enjoyed the location and peace and quiet. The Rainbow Taverna is right next to the development and does offer snacks and takeaways. Hopefully you found the well stocked mini market and café / restaurant in the village near the church which is about a 10 minute walk away, although we do advise our guests that you need a car to make the most of the location and to get to the nearby supermarket, beaches etc. Regards Neil

Why can't I call Neil (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Neil (the owner) a message.

If Neil (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
