The entrance to the villa opens into an airy, extremely large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. In front of this is the large infinity-edge pool which is perfect for swimming laps or cooling off during the hot sunny days. The pool features a shallow end perfect for younger children as well as a jucuzzi to to sit in and admire the scenery.

The Villa is an extremely spacious and private residence with stunning panoramic sea views over Matlang Island and Chaweng Bay from every location in the villa. It is the perfect residence for multiple families or groups of friends.

The property is situated in the exclusive Narayan Heights estate, one of the most exclusive property developments on Samui and is made up of a variety of individually designed luxury homes with the added benefit of gated 24 hr security which offers privacy and seclusion and yet is only a 5-minute drive from the Samui's bustling shopping, beaches and nightlife hub, Chaweng.

IslandView Villa is just 10 minutes drive from Samui International Airport so you wont have a long trip to the other side of the island after your flight.The 6 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, are all fully air-conditioned along with ceiling fans.

All of the rooms have seaviews. An outdoor jacuzzi on the upper balcony sets the scene for some of most fantastic views of the island. The large open sun terrace and pool deck which has an alfresco dining area and further seating and is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the fantastic sea views.

There is also a 12-person private cinema, fitted out with plush leather electric recliners, a large projector screen and state-of-the-art surround sound speakers and a media center loaded with the latest movies as well as a Blue Ray DVD player should you choose to bring or rent your own selection of movies . This home theater is also connected to the internet for presentations or connection to you own laptops content is also available.

We have a full time Villa Manager; who will ensure that you can have the best experience possible, from the time you arrive at the Villa until you depart.

Guests can also have the choice in-house dining provided by our cook in the villa from our standard menu, or alternatively catering can be arranged to suit your specific requirements based upon cost of food and service charge.

Please ask to see our standard menu and our shop and cook options if you are interested. Alternatively you are most welcome to use any of the three kitchens in the villa and cook for yourselves, we will do the cleaning up for you. We will also give you list of restaurants of varying styles which can deliver to the Villa at short notice if this is what you want.

We can provide a 5 Star Service for you or just discretely step back and let you get on with your holiday as privately as you wish.The villa is equipped with everything needed for either long or short term holidays and our 3 full time staff are always standing by to serve and assist you. It's the perfect place to host events such as weddings or other functions.

Daily cleaning services are standard and you can ask our Villa Manager to can assist you with arranging trips, car or bike hire and indeed most things during your stay as required. In order to ensure a high level of service and security at least one of our staff live at the quarters to the rear of the villa 24 hours per day.Bed linen is changed two times per week.

Laundry services are available at extra cost or you are welcome to use our laundry if you wish.

Thai massage services are available in the Villa by prior arrangement. We are only 2 minutes drive to Absolute Yoga, the islands premier yoga center where we can arrange special packages and pickup.

VAT AND SERVICE CHARGE ARE INCLUDED IN THE RATES
