Samui Summit Villa enjoys one of the best views on the entire Island. 180 degree "above the sky" uninterrupted view of the Gulf of Thailand, Samui itself, outlying islands, Koh Phangan and Ang Thong Marine Park. The aspect is due west, ensuring a postcard sunset each evening.

This view is afforded from each of the large reception rooms, each bedroom and indeed each bathroom!

The house layout provides for very expansive living space with 2 lounges, an indoor dining table (12 persons) and outdoor dining (10 people), TV/Media room, sala, garden on each level, pool bar, pool area with all loungers, umbrellas etc, a well stocked kitchen and 6 airconditioned bedrooms.

Two of these are master bedrooms. The one on the upper floor has 850 sq ft of living area including stunning bath, outdoor garden with shower, its own private outdoor terrace and garden.

The second master is on the pool level and has its own garden. Bedrooms 3-5 can be set out as twin or double and all front onto their own garden area and each bedroom has 180 degree sunset sea view and 4 of the 5 ensuite bathrooms overlook the sea too. Bedroom 6 is a smaller twin air con bedroom.

The Villa is 3 minutes drive to beautiful Choengmon beach, where restaurants will gladly provide complimentary sunbeds/shade.

-Villa Manager can prearrange car hire at cost and stock the fridge and larder in advance to your arrival requirements at cost.

-Housekeeper to prepare the Villa and be with you daily to prepare breakfast and clean rooms etc

-Access and services of housekeeping manager and facilities manager (living in adjacent villa)

-All bathroom amenities

-all electricity,water, linens, towels are included (see terms)

-16 metre infinity pool and integrated jacuzzi

-I keep 2 good sets of golf clubs at the Villa for complimentary guest use at the superb Santiburi Golf Club (and 2 others nearby)

-Neighbourhood private tennis facility in walking distance (3 mins walk)

In addition to the service levels included we can provide access to

-excellent Thai chef (subject to availability but should not be an issue if booked in advance)

-Beautiful Choengmon beach (appx 3 mins by car or 10 min walk downhill) and most of the beach hotels/restaurants give open access to sun loungers, once you order your drinks from them. I can provide info/recommendations

-Initial Supermarket shopping for your desired items (refundable to Villa manager at cost)

-Car rental-should you require a car our manager can source a range of options

-Laundry-can be arranged by housekeeper

-Babysitting by experienced Thai lady

-Access and advice on local Gyms-

-Indeed our Villa Manager will be more than happy to help and advise on any aspects of your visit
