Location description from owner

The Cotswolds region

Chipping Campden is an ideal town to use as a base when visiting the North Cotswold region. With villages such as Broadway, Stanton, Stanway and Snowshill within easy reach, alongside Stow on the Wold, Lower Slaughter and Bourton on the Water to name but a few. With its medieval Market Hall proudly standing beside the historic High Street, Chipping Campden is proud of its heritage and welcomes many visitors from all around the world. A small scattering of independently run shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants add to its charm. St James Church is one of the Wool Churches of the Cotswolds and the famous Cotswold Way footpath links in with many other routes making it the perfect place to follow trails which pass beautiful thatched cottages, and climbing out of the town up to the hills above for spectacular views.
