This unit has pool access and dock access directly across the street for easy access for those fun family fishing and crabbing experiences. It is just a short distance to Memorial Park and Etta's Waterfront dining. The master en-suite has a beautiful whirlpool tub to soak away all those worries we are leaving behind and a deck to enjoy viewing the Chincoteague ponies. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds for guests. Bring the family, bikes and kayaks. This home is situated perfectly for your summer water activities and beautiful views of Assateague Island and its world famous lighthouse.
