Pound House is a charming character cottage nestled alongside historic Allerdale Farmouse in the lovely South Hams village of Chillington. Sitting in between the towns of Dartmouth and Salcombe, many of the coasts most picturesque beaches and access to the world famous South West Coast Path are just a few miles away. Whether you are wrapped up in the luxurious lounge, or enjoying a cold glass of wine alfresco on the private terrace, Pound House is the perfect place to unwind and explore this idyllic part of the Devonshire coastline. Ideal for a large family, or two families of up to four, it includes a triple room, a master room with ensuite and a singe room all on the first floor, with a twin bedded ground floor room. The kitchen diner and living rooms are spacious, fully equipped, comfortable and have seating for eight. Twin and two of the triple room's beds can be converted into large doulbles on request.
Change-over is Saturdays; regret no pets or smoking.

South Devon is renowned for its' beautiful rolling countryside sitting alongside picturesque beaches and coastline. If you love the outdoors you will love the South Hams. It is a wonderful outdoor environment with rivers, moorland, coasts and the sea offering a wide range of activities to wile the hours away. There is a strong rural and maritime heritage with the entire area noted for its' passion for food and music culture.

Chillington

Chillngton is a picturesque quiet village nestles in the South Hams, noted for retaining its' authentically Devonshire ambience. There are a plethora of unspoilt beaches and coves within a short drive, as well as easy access to both Dartmouth and Salcombe. The South West Coast Path is accessible a few miles away at Torcross. The village is in an ideal location to enjoy both the outdoor pursuits of the local area whilst unwinding in a traditional setting.
