From the owner

The Olive Press Lodge, as its name suggests, is a renovated farm house where olive oil used to be made. The villa is situated on a gentle hill, about a 15-minute walk from the sea and the town centre. It is ideal for a relaxing holiday and offers a great opportunity to discover the Italian Riviera.Its surroundings are a typical Ligurian garden with olive and fruit trees. It offers the shared use of an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub-jacuzzi, barbecue and the boules game (petanque).On the ground floor are the open-plan kitchen and living room with TV, stereo, DVD and internet connection. Its modern interior maintains the characteristics that once used to belong to the old country olive press. On this floor there is also a utility room with washing machine and ironing facility and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen includes dishwasher, smeg oven and hobs, electric grill, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and blender.On the upper floor there are 3 double bedrooms (one with two beds) and two spacious bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower). The pool, the hot tube jacuzzi, the barbecue and the boules areas are easily accessible via a terrace from this level .The Olive Press Lodge also offers air conditioning and private parking.You can enjoy a complementary bottle of our home-produced olive oil.

Please bear in mind the swimming pool is open from the 20th of May until the 1st of October, and the hot tube/jacuzzi, from the 15th of April till the 1st of October.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Adriana/Thomas (the owner) a message.

If Adriana/Thomas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
