Una gemma nascosta nella campagna toscana, elevata a 350 metri sul livello del mare, Le Polle di Meletro, noto anche come "Il borgo della pace" con la sua fantastica terrazza panoramica, i boschi e la posizione invidiabile, risiede vicino al piccolo borgo medievale di Rivalto. Con una vista mozzafiato sulla Valdera, la posizione prominente della villa ha mantenuto un senso di atemporalità, pace e tranquillità. È un'oasi di calma e armonia in cui abbandonarsi e rilassarsi, ma dista solo 40 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto di Pisa. La villa è circondata da un terreno fertile che produce una gamma di verdure, frutta e vino di qualità superiore. I vicini campi ospitano vigneti, uliveti, alberi da frutto e cereali, mentre le colline boscose ospitano il famoso Castagno “Rivalto” insieme ad una ricca selezione di flora e fauna. Le teste ondeggianti di grandi girasoli riempiono alcuni dei campi in luglio/agosto infiammando il paesaggio. La vista dalla nostra terrazza e dal bosco cambia con il mutare delle stagioni, da verde e rigogliosa in primavera fino a un giallo dorato in estate prima di diventare un mare di un rosso fuoco mentre le viti cambiano colore nei mesi autunnali.

Nel 2008 gli attuali proprietari, accuratamente e meticolosamente restaurati, la caratteristica casa di campagna toscana in pietra “Villa Meletro”. Ora è un gioiello al centro di un parco di 17 ettari con passeggiate panoramiche e boschive da godere ed esplorare. La Villa è suddivisa in 4 splendidi appartamenti arredati, ognuno con il proprio arredamento unico e arredi di qualità che riflettono l'elevato standard di alloggio di cui i nostri ospiti sono venuti a godere. Ogni appartamento ha il proprio spazio privato con accesso a una piscina privata ad uso esclusivo dei residenti. Gli ospiti possono affittare un appartamento singolarmente o affittare l'intera villa, che può ospitare fino a 22 persone. Un'area giochi comune si trova vicino alla zona della piscina che dispone di un tavolo da ping pong, un biliardino e tavoli per giochi da tavolo per tutta la famiglia. Un grande forno per la pizza è vicino alla villa e gli ospiti sono liberi di godersi le proprie autentiche pizze in questo forno a legna. Una sala da pranzo recentemente ristrutturata serve colazione e cena agli ospiti che possono usufruire anche della macchina del caffè self-service e dell'area bar. Il cibo è cucinato utilizzando ingredienti locali in stagione e serve un mix di cucina locale, ma anche piatti più internazionali per soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti.

Con 60 metri quadrati di appartamento a tua disposizione, due ampie camere da letto ciascuna con letto matrimoniale e due bagni, questo è un appartamento ideale per rilassarti e riposarti. È stata creata un'ampia zona pranzo/soggiorno con una cucina completamente attrezzata, se desiderate preparare il vostro cibo. Situato al primo piano della Villa, l'appartamento gode di splendide viste da tutte le angolazioni. Mobili e accessori in stile moderno si fondono magnificamente con l'arredamento tradizionale toscano. Con la sua area salotto al piano terra, puoi goderti la pace e la tranquillità oltre a goderti il meraviglioso panorama mentre guardi le dolci colline della Valdera. Il nome dell'appartamento trae origine dall'antica strada che collegava il paese di Rivalto alla località. La Lama Strada conosciuta dalla gente del posto perché è il percorso dell'annuale corsa dei carri, competizione popolare che si tiene in primavera. L'intera area è molto sicura e diamo un caloroso benvenuto alle famiglie con bambini e anche i loro animali domestici sono i benvenuti.
