Casale La Collina is a traditional stone farmhouse nestling in the verdant Tuscan hills close to Pisa, only forty minutes away from Volterra, San Gimignano and the coast. It has a swimming pool in a stunning setting. It is made up of four air-conditioned/heated apartments with free wi-fi, each with its own garden as well as communal areas. This is the perfect solution for families or groups of friends as the house can also be rented in its entirety.

You can enjoy your holiday in complete relaxation or you can immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the local hills – trekking, jogging or mountain-biking. Countless ancient hilltop towns lie nearby, like medieval San Gimignano and Etruscan Volterra, as do Pisa and Florence, world famous for their art treasures – and the sea is only half an hour away. Casale La Collina really ticks all the boxes!

From the peace and quiet in the countryside of our apartments in this Farmhouse with pool in Tuscany, you can easily reach, in addition to the most beautiful art-filled cities of Tuscany, such as Florence and Siena, quaint Etruscan and medieval hill towns such as Volterra and San Gimignano, as well as the beach resorts of the Tuscan coast, just 30 kilometres away … in the blink of an eye, you’ll be at the seaside!.

House rules

This farmahouse is suitable for kids ( small and big) because the area is closed with an automatic gate and inside there aren't dangers. Also the pool are closed and more sure. Moreover for kids there are ping pong area, football table,bowls and free bike. The house there is in a panoramic hill and relaxing green nature for walking, bike but also wine and oil tasting (near our house). In the farmhouse are accepted small and medium-size dogs. Informations: The house's near all beautiful villas.

“Perfect - for 7 years now!”

A wonderful, large house that hosts the 3 families of us with many many kids. We have been enjoying Casale La Collina for 7 years now - we return every year and have the best and most relaxing time in Tuscany. The pool is very big and totally clean - and it is safe, as there is a fence around it, what makes it very relaxing for us parents with many kids. The view into the Tuscanian hills is amazing. We come back every year! Thank you, Stefania!

“Vacanza Unica in un posto unico!”

Assolutamente Fantastico! Eravamo un gruppo di 11 ragazzi e abbiamo trascorso Capodanno in questo meraviglioso Casale situato a Chianni, molto accogliente così come accoglienti sono stati i padroni di casa che si sono dimostrate persone di cuore e ci hanno fatto sentire fin da subito a casa! Le stanze sono confortevoli e non mancano in nulla in materia di Servizi. Così come nella parte esterna del casale si ha la possibilità di passare il tempo in modo piacevole e divertente con diversi tipi di attività (quali: Campo da Bocce, Tavolo da Ping Pong e Bigliardino) Ovviamente essendo venuti in pieno inverno non abbiamo usufruito della piscina cosa che in estate avrebbe aumentato ancora di più la qualità dei servizi offerta dal Casale la Collina. La tranquillità regna sovrana li dove abbiate bisogno di Relax. Paesaggio meraviglioso e vista incantevole sulle colline. Vivamente consigliato a tutti, sia chi come noi vuole divertirsi in compagnia sia chi in famiglia vuole rilassarsi tra le colline toscane. I complimenti finali vanno ai gestori del Casale che non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla dal primo all'ultimo giorno del nostro soggiorno. Complimenti, esperienza bellissima!
