From the owner

A newly rebuilt self contained one bedroom detached bungalow standing in gardens which back directly onto paddy fields with 270 degree mountain views beyond. These are designated foothills of the Himalayas!! The bed is large enough to accommodate two adults and a child - we also have a single bed in the main bedroom for one adult or child. Free airport/bus station pickup and drop off. Honda twist and go CRX available to rent. Netflix TV.

We are under 15 minutes drive to Chiang Rai City Centre. Wat Huai Pla Kung Temple and the 9 tier Pagoda are 3 minutes drive away and the elephant camp is close by as are many of the sights in the area. Within a minutes drive north you will find yourselves immersed in rural Thailand with beautiful rides by car or bike into the mountains. Reasonably priced half and full day tours available in luxury limousine, tailored to your requirements..

The bungalow is the last property in our quiet unmade soi. Our village (Bansaimoon) is a 1 minute ride away and the small but busy market must be seen - 6am!! And I am afraid the dreaded 7/11 is there too!!

Why can't I call Orawan (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Orawan (the owner) a message.

If Orawan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
