This 1280 sq foot townhouse is located only a 30 second stroll from Wat Phra Singh, Chiang Mai's most important temple. This area located at the heart of the moated Old City of Chiang Mai is the hub of Chiang Mai's vibrant tourist area's. The famous Sunday Walking Street market, by far the largest market in Chiang Mai, is a few minutes walk from this property. This area has literally hundreds of shops, restaurants, bars and massage spa's. Despite being a gentle stroll from everything the apartment is situated in a small quiet Soi with no through traffic. Constructed with no budget we have provided every possible luxury to make your vacation property the best in Chiang Mai. This is the first floor of this townhouse, one piece full length glass windows across both the sitting room and kitchen are accessed through a sliding steel entry gate. The apartment is reached through electronic twin sliding glass doors with magnetic locks and a security keypad. The huge open plan sitting room, kitchen and dining room boasts polished concrete floors, leather, super comfy sofa's, chairs and Lazyboys. The entertainment centre covers one wall and includes a top of the range, internet ready, 55 inch curved screen TV preloaded with hundreds of the latest movies, documentaries about Chiang Mai and programmes for the children. The window blinds are electronically operated with both translucent and complete black out options. The kitchen is state of the art with Rosewood cabinets, breakfast bar, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, waste disposal unit and the latest super hood. The kitchen is equipped with every conceivable option from blenders and rice cookers to the newest most modern pod coffee maker. All the rooms in this property benefit from top of the range Daikin air conditioning units. The master bedroom has antique beds imported from Colonial properties in Myanmar, the master bedroom also features a separate sitting area with leather sofa's, TV and separate coffee making facilities. The bathroom is constructed from solid black marble with toilets carved from a single block of marble. The walls are highlighted with gold, the taps ( faucets) are gold and the shower unit has multi directional water jets that wash from every angle and not just from above. Also located in the master bedroom is an interior garden area with grass floor a feature waterfall wall with

a pond and a relaxing seating area. The secondary bedroom and bathroom also features antique colonial beds and gold and black marble fittings, the shower even plays your own music via Bluetooth. This apartment is an intelligent blend of old, antique furniture from China, and the ultra modern, offering comfort and convenience in a beautiful setting.

How do damage deposits work?

If Charles (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
