“Una costosa delusione!”

Le suites Lino e Seta descritte con tanta enfasi, sono in realtà, appartamenti sporchi e trascurati. I danni prodotti dall’usura e dal tempo si potrebbero limitare con appositi prodotti per la pulizia e un pò di manutenzione. Il sontuoso bagno ha nella realtà, muri e mobili scrostati, il marmo è offuscato da calcare e incrostazioni, dietro la porta a soffietto della doccia ho trovato i prodotti aperti e usati dagli ospiti precedenti. (Nel sito mancano le foto del bagno, ma allego le mie)Gli specchi enfatizzano la polvere stratificata, il corridoio della descrizione è solo disimpegno scalcinato; in cucina la parete dietro i fornelli è bisunta e i mobili malconci. Rispetto alla dotazione indicata, mancano ferro e asse da stiro, non c’è traccia dell’aspirapolvere o della lavastoviglie, manca l’accendigas, le lampadine nelle lampade, il bagno è privo di ogni comfort dal banale gettacarte, al porta sapone, ad una luce adeguata; lo sciacquone funziona male, gli asciugamani forniti puliti, ma ancora bagnati. Ho espresso le mie riserve al referente, Sig. Monica che mi ha suggerito di trovare altrove un’altra sistemazione e ha imputato ad un vostro errore il prezzo di 900 euro per l’affitto settimanale, la tariffa applicata è stata di euro 1050. Pulizia e cortesia ignorate a casa Rubinacci! Un peccato che una struttura così bella ed elegante, degna delle mitiche sete Rubinacci, sia offesa da tanta incuria. Alla pessima ospitalità fa eccezione solo la gentilezza di Rosario.
