There are several golf courses nearby, horse riding and water activities can be enjoyed at Halstock Reservoir. The towns of Dorchester, Sherborne and Yeovil are easily accessible and there are many National Trust properties and gardens to visit including Montacute and Stourhead.

Farm activities: though set on the edge of an organic farm, but in a non-working part, the owner would be delighted to show guests around the farm, which is only a short walk away from the cottages. There is also a small flock of sheep and chickens in the cider orchard close by. Games room: shared, with a snooker table, table football and darts. Outside: the grounds offer stunning views of the surrounding countryside as well as a lake which attract a wealth of wildlife and superb country walking on the doorstep. Cycle store. Amenities: each property has parking for 2 cars close by. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and wi-fi included. Location: shop 0.2 mile and pub 1 mile. Weymouth’s sandy beach within a 40 minute drive.

The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with TV and 1 twin. Shower room: with WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV and DVD. Kitchen area: with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Outside: private courtyard with garden furniture. Amenities: 1 dog welcome, please keep your dog downstairs.
