The Coach House is a beautiful barn conversion boasting charm and character and situated in an attractive rural location. The property has retained many original features such as the traditional wooden beams that have been exposed and restored throughout. The Coach House has been furnished to a high standard with excellent attention to detail and offers a comfortable and relaxing retreat.
The Coach House has oil-fired central heating throughout. A telephone is available for tenant's use.
There are four bedrooms over two floors; on the first floor, there is a double bedroom with a king-sized bed and a twin bedroom. Downstairs, there are two twin bedrooms. The family bathroom on this floor has a bath, toilet and basin.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The dining/sitting room is spacious, with flagstone flooring and an open red brick fireplace with traditional wood burning stove. It has comfortable sofas and armchairs, a television and CD system, and a large wooden dining table and chairs providing seating for eight people.
Please note electricity is paid and charged by meter reading.

The property has an open fenced, grassy area near to it, for the cottages on site`s use.
Off-road parking is available for tenant`s use.
A maximum of two dogs are allowed in the property, and are charged @ £25 each, per week.
Bookings will be confirmed only on receipt of a deposit of one third of the total rental, (or if the booking is made within eight weeks of the commencement of the holiday, the full rental.) and written confirmation from Lets Unlimited.
A booking fee of £25 is payable on each booking.
The Buckinghamshire region
Buckinghamshire is located in Central England and stretches from the outskirts of London to the bottom entrance of the Midlands. Home to the stunning Chiltern Hills (designated as an Area of Outstanding Beauty) and the meandering River Thames, Buckinghamshire is a diverse county full of history and charm.
Why not visit one of the many pretty market towns or take a walk in the country, stopping at one of the many picturesque villages dotted throughout this county?
Buckinghamshire is an area that is full of things to see and do, visit the stunning Waddesdon Manor or take the kids to the Roald Dahl Museum and Story Centre for a day out that they will never forget. With many different manor houses and stately home located in the area, lovers of history will be in for a real treat. Feeling tired? why not visit one of the many excellent village pubs that serve traditional fayre and great ale, sure to ease away the aches and pains of a filling day exploring.
The Chiltern Hills are situated close to the heart of England. It is an area of natural beauty with a wealth of places to visit. The property is up to an hour away from most areas of interest - whether it is Warwick Castle, The Tower of London, National Trust properties, Zoos or Theme Parks.
Weather tends to be mild, there are plenty of activities outside if the weather is good, and plenty of inside activities if wet.
The property is in the heart of the Chilterns, an area of outstanding beauty - rolling hills, woodlands, beautiful countryside and yet close to all amenities. The farm is very close to Chesham which has a mainline station to London and shops. We are only an hour from London, Oxford and the Cotswolds, access is easy by car or train.
The barn is situated in a small hamlet three miles away from Chesham, which has a London Underground station allowing easy access to London, and good facilities for leisure and shopping. There are also plenty of activities in the area, including Whipsnade Zoo, Milton`s Cottage, Chiltern Brewery and Tring Zoological Museum, all within 1/2 hours drive.
