A free Welcome Hamper will greet you upon arrival with a selection of niceties from Cheltenham, The Cotswolds, Gloucestershire and the surrounding counties. Please note hamper contents and size will depend on length of stay and availability. Hamper contents will not include fresh food. If you require no alcohol please state this when making your booking. Milk, coffee, tea, sugar and biscuits are provided.

6-7 seater luxury hot tub (NOT IN USE FOR JUNE and JULY 2019), Spanish barbecue (utensils and enough coal for a single BBQ provided - additional coal etc can be purchased from most fuel stations and DIY stores), picnic bench seating for up to 12, generously sized garden, kids trampoline, swings and slide. There is also a selection of outdoor games and undercover full-size table tennis table, Harvard football table and darts board.

The hot tub is currently undergoing maintenance so regretfully ALL stays during June will NOT include usage of the hot tub spa facility.

Getting around

Ample free 24 hours a day 365 days a year parking on the immediate and surrounding streets. There is also a bus stop outside. Full directions, custom access information and unique alarm code will be sent prior to arrival. For same-day bookings we’ll endeavour to get this information sent out as soon as possible however please allow up to 1-2 hours for receipt of this information. A quick text, message or call to let us know you’ve arrived safe is always appreciated. A friendly meet-and-greet service can be arranged in advance for a small fee of £25.00 (please state whether meet and greet required upon booking).

Interaction with guest

This is not a party house however we do welcome enquiries from mature groups looking to celebrate a special occasion. Hot tub usage (NOT IN USE FOR JUNE and JULY 2019) is not permitted after 11pm as this is a quiet residential area. During your stay you might receive a visit from the gardener or someone to test hot tub levels etc however we’ll always endeavour to inform you as soon as possible in advance with regards to any visits and we’ll always try our best not to disturb your stay. Average age of the adults must be equal to or exceed 25 years old. Prior to arrival the head guest (the individual that has made the booking) will need to read, agree and docusign our terms and conditions.

How do damage deposits work?
