Description

We have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as can be. The property is immaculate and in perfect condition. The Gathering Room is furnished with beautiful bamboo furniture, including a dining room table and bar stools for a quick lunch.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for extended stays including cookware, dishes, glassware, coffee maker, blender, crock pot, microwave, toaster, four burner stove with oven, baking dishes, etc. We live on the property and are happy to do our best to accommodate you, should there be anything else you might possibly need.

The bedroom is just perfect and includes a matrimonial bed, lots of drawer space and a generous closet with mirrored door for clothing and luggage storage. There is also a small desk, night tables and under the bed storage. The bathroom includes a spacious shower with pressurized, heated soft water.

The private patio and gardens will turn your morning coffee into a zen experience at your private bistro table.

A solar heated pool is also on site. Weekly maid service is available for a small extra fee, should you wish this and Maria is also happy to do your laundry and bedding weekly included in that fee. Laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are available for your use once a week. We also have lighted parking outside your private entrance to the walled property.

We request that no more than two guests occupy this space.

Two residential family dogs are onsite to greet all who enter, sorry additional pets are not accepted.

The price quoted includes electric surcharges (a big ticket item here in Mexico), including air conditioning, North American satellite television, DVD player. There are also overhead fans. Free internet is also included in the home.

Of course, smoking is not allowed inside the building.

It’s just a short stroll to the Gulf of Mexico for shelling or walking the beach. By car it’s only a few minutes to the fishing villages of Puerto Chelem and Puerto Chuburna. Merida, the “White City” is only 30 minutes away by car and one of the top five safest cities in the world. Spend a night on the town on Paseo de Montejo and take an evening ride on a horse drawn carriage. Don’t forget to visit the archaeological ruins of Chichen Itza or to swim in the magical Cenotes.

The villages are filled with warm hearts and smiling faces as they welcome you to the Emerald Coast . . . this is the “Real Mexico”.

We think that this is a “one in a million” vacation rental and are proud to say that this unit is for the most discriminating and well seasoned travelers. You will not be let down!
