Now under New Ownership, a warm welcome from Eric and Julie awaits you at Logis de Lussais !

Set in the sunny Poitou Charente region of South West France between the Loire and Dordogne areas. A traditional Charentaise Logis set in the beautiful countryside surrounded by the Boutonne valley. We are located in the peaceful Village of Lussais, close to local amenities in the charming market town of Chef Boutonne and within easy reach of the beaches along the Atlantic coast.

House rules

Swimming Pool :Glassware and any other breakables including any food items are not to be taken into the pool area. Outside the pool area are tables and chairs should you wish to enjoy a picnic while using the pool facilities. Jewellery is not permitted to be worn in the pool to prevent damage to the liner.The pool is unsupervised and parents must supervise the use of the pool by children at all times.Please remember to keep the safety gate shut at all times

“Excellent week”

We were a group of 16 members(4 families). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gite. Eric and Julieanne made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The gite complex has 2 swimming pools which are maintained in good condition. Gites are also excellent. Well located for various attractions. Most members of our group also enjoyed the company of Jack(you will know who it is when you visit this gite).

What a wonderful retreat! Just far enough away from the road to be noise free. The owners were extremely welcoming and have thought of everything for all ages. Brilliant break. Very good price too! Beautiful chateau in walking distance

“Lovely restful holiday”

We've just returned from a lovely stay at the Logis de Lussais. Julie and Eric were very welcoming, friendly and helpful and the gite was comfortable, clean and well equipped. It is well placed for exploring the local region and we enjoyed visits to Poitiers, La Rochelle, Niort and Coulon as well as to the local village of Chef Boutonne, with it's shops, cafes, pretty chateau and fishing lake.

How do damage deposits work?
