Description

Beautifully renovated cottage, stylishly decorated and enjoying 180 degree water views down the lower Hawkesbury River. Located on a quiet road across from the waterfront reserve with steps down to a private jetty and pontoon where you can moor your boat or picnic beside the water.

Your intimate cottage features soft tallow wood timber flooring with large light filled windows, two bedrooms, a living room with dining area, a fully equipped, stylish kitchen with quality appliances and dishwasher and a petite bathroom with shower and plenty of solar-heated water.

The Cottage includes everything for a relaxed and comfortable stay:

The River View room includes a queen bed and the Double Room has a double bed with single bunk bed above. Furnishings are soft, contemporary and Asian inspired. They include air-conditioning, ceiling fans, comfortable leather sofa, large LCD television with Foxtel, CD player with iPod dock and a welcoming thick pile rug.

Large sliding picture windows open to a tiny Juliet-style balcony, which overlooks the reserve. A barbecue area with views over the cottage to the river is reached by a spiral staircase behind the cottage.

Above the Hawkesbury is ideal for couples, small families or friends travelling together looking for the ideal short break. It's hard to believe that you are only minutes away from the M1 and Pacific Highway and only 45 minutes from Sydney CBD.

Creative design and furnishings have created an intimate getaway for two equally for a small family.

You have available a choice of two rooms: the Queen with stunning river views. Friends travelling together or families may also use the Double room which includes a double bed with a single bunk.

Small pets are welcome by arrangement. Pets may stay inside if owners bring their beds and take responsibility for any damage caused

Location

Only 5 minutes drive from the cafes, restaurants, marinas and boating facilities of Brooklyn, you are close enough to the action and far enough away to be 1000 miles from care!

Cheero Point is 7 km north of Brooklyn a short drive or an easy bike ride.

Located east of the Pacific Highway and a few minutes drive from the M1 freeway and close to Mooney Mooney.

The neighbouring property is scheduled for rebuilding this year and there may be some noise and disruption over the next few months during normal trade working hours. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

How do damage deposits work?
