Chalet Aaron in Chatel and the heart of the Portes du Soleil is run by Alpine Quests, who established in 2003. Chalet Aaron is only 90 minutes from Geneva Airport.

Only 200 meters to the tele-cabin and pistes.

In this traditional Savoyard chalet you will find luxury, comfort and modern amenities. Spacious and comfortable lounge with open log fire, heated floors, SAT TV and with a large balcony a great view of the piste.

Free Wifi throughout. The games room has large table football, Nintendo Wii & Cinema screen with projector. Large sauna. Outdoor hot tub is on the terrace. Ski room with boot heaters and ski racks. Ample parking for thouse who self-drive.

Alpine Quests will organise your lift passes, transfers, ski equipment and help with lessons, child care etc. If you are catered, your hosts will see you have a hearty breakfast, afternoon tea and cake on 7 days, a 4 course evening meal with a selection of wines followed by tea & coffee for 6 nights.

Only 200 meters to the nearest lift and piste and 25 meters to the closest free navette bus stop.

Whether you’re here to ski, snowboard, mountain bike, hike or just relax, it is ideal for all - families, groups, couples and corporate bookings. The chalet can be booked on either a room basis or sole occupancy for exclusive use. All this on the doorstep of the world’s largest linked ski area known as the Portes du Soleil.

Chalet Aaron was purpose built for guests with space in mind, The lounge has space for all to relax comfortably around the log fire. The separate games room has been created so those who want to, can enjoy themselves whilst others can relax in peace and quite in the main lounge.

Why can't I call Glen (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Glen (the owner) a message.

If Glen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
