Outstanding villa placed in a preserved area of pine forest, close to stunning beaches and with easy access to supermarkets and restaurants. It is located in the Costa Azul, just 25km from the center of Lisbon, 500m from the beach and with Aroeira Golf Resort just down the street.

The beach line from Fonte da Telha to Costa da Caparica, offers a continuous 30km stretch of golden sands, perfect for a day relaxing in the sun, enjoying nature with long walks by the sea or practicing a variety of water sports.

Aroeira Golf Resort is the largest in the Lisbon region, with 350 hectares, thousands of pines and 13 lakes. It has two golf courses with 18 full holes, a golf school, a friendly clubhouse with restaurant, snack bar, and bar golf shop, tropical pool, four tennis courts, playground and shopping area.

Lisboa, Sintra and Cascais – while traveling on holidays to this villa, you should reserve one day to visit these lovely places with so much history and marvelous landscapes.

The Villa:

It's a 5000 square feet land with a contemporary house with 6 main bedrooms and 4 bathrooms surrounded by a magnificent and peaceful garden with lovely trees and plants and a private swimming pool with long chairs at the deck to relax and lots of inflatables to enjoy it.

Inside there is a large and comfortable living and dining room with 80 square feet. The living room is spacious and has a beautiful fireplace.

With passage to the porch and garden, there is a brand new modern kitchen equipped with induction stove, large freezer and fridge, incorporated microwave and oven, washing machine and dishwasher. Also available are: coffe machine, toaster, kettle, iron, TV and all kitchen utilities.

The bedrooms are divided by 2 floors:

- Ground floor:

* 1 bedroom with 2 single beds

* 1 bathroom with shower

* 1 suite with 1 double bed + 1 single bed bathroom with shower

* With an outside entrance: 1 suite with 1 double bed + bathroom with shower - extra room available for more than 12 guests only)

- 1st floor:

* 1 suite with 1 double bed + 1 single bed + bathroom with bathtub

* 1 bedroom with 1 double bed

* 1 bedroom with 1 double bed

* 1 bedroom with 1 double bed

* 1 bathroom with bathtub.

Upstairs all bedrooms have balconies to enjoy a view of the garden and pool.

The price includes sheets and towels for all.

There are also available a variety of games such as with pool table, tennis table ans football table and it includes free Wi-Fi internet, DVD Player and cable TV.

An outdoor barbecue and a dining area with a round table near the pool, allow you to enjoy the green landscapes while savoring your lunch outside.

The villa is usually rented by the week, from Saturday to Saturday, during the high season (from June to September). The rest of the year, you can stay less time, minimum 5 nights.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Carla (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
