Spacious villa of 5,000 sq ft. facing south, set in a land of 0.5 acre, integrated into a pine trees area beside the Aroeira golf resort with its two 18 holes golf courses (Par 72) and tennis courts.

It is 4 km far from the best beaches around Lisbon and only 20 min from the capital. It combines, comfort for 10 people, space and offer activities for children and adults.

Arrival/ Departure for week stay, from Saturday till Saturday preferred (compulsory during July and August).

Minimum stay 4 nights except during July and August (1 week min. from Saturday to Saturday)..

Arrival from 16.00 to 22.00. In case of delay it is essential to contact owner or the property manager for delivering the keys. Departure until 10.00.

Refundable breakages deposit of 400 Euros required on arrival, to be refunded subject to satisfactory property inspection. Smoking allowed outside the villa. Well behaved pets allowed.

The villa opens on a large swimming pool, few terraces in front and back of the villa and a BBQ area with a pizza oven. It offers ample space both in the house and in the garden necessary to spend unforgettable holidays with the family. Close to the kitchen on the rear part of the property, you will enjoy a dining area outside besides the BBQ.Furthermore it combines activities for children and adults such as: private swimming pool, pool table, table tennis, table football, fitness accessories (rowing machine, treadmill, exercise bike), bicycles.Close by are the activities within the golf resort: Golf (2 golf courses 18 holes par 72), Tennis (4 tennis courts), Swimming Pool, Children´s pool, Playground, Restaurant, ATM. Twenty minutes from the centre of Lisbon, driving south, the ochre and blue unspoiled beaches on the coastline open on to a vast Atlantic horizon. Verging on the white sands of the Atlantic coast is AROEIRA, the Lisbon Country Club's 350 hectares golf estate.

In terms of gastronomy, the Southern part of Lisbon is an area of the most freshly caught fish with an abundance of sea food.
The customary high quality of the catch justifies that certain species are often associated with these places: whiting, swordfish, sea Bass, daurade and clams from Sesimbra and red mullet and crabs from Setbal. Cheese made from ewe's milk in Azeito and wines produced in the region of Palmela, with special emphasis on "Moscatel" and "Periquita" varieties, are also internationally renowned for their high quality.

Charneca da Caparica
