Description from owner

Description

The White House is a beautifully renovated 19th Century house with a mixture of both traditional and contemporary features. It is spacious and uncluttered, is just 50m walk from the beach and has a large private garden with views over St Austell Bay. The property overlooks the historic port of Charlestown, and there are several pubs and bistros in the village. The kitchen and dining room are a feature of the property with a table that seats 10, and granite topped breakfast bar for 6. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, one with twin beds, the master with modern four poster king size bed, a king sized room and a family bedroom with king size bed, bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom. The family bathroom is separate. The garden is accessed from the first floor and after a walk up the lovingly planted bordered garden opens to an extensive grassed area with climbing frame, football goals and decking with seating. The house is ideal for families with children.
