“Great week”

Reviewed 7 Nov 2017

Arrived about 5pm easy to find. The house was small but had everything you would need for a great holiday.a short walk to the harbour a little longer uphill coming back.if you like your tv there are lots of channels to choose from. The shower was very powerful. The only thing I would suggest is to have pillow protectors apart from that a great place for every age x

“Perfect house in fab location”

Reviewed 13 Aug 2017

The house is just perfect. It caters perfectly for up to four people ( be it a family or two couples). It has everything you need staying in self catering accommodation while on holidays. It is within walking distance of Charlestown which is a lovely picturesque village with plenty of restaurants and cafes. It also conveniently located for day trips around Cornwall. Would be more than happy to stay here again should we be in Cornwall again. The owners are lovely and very easy to deal with.

“Key West”

Excellent place to stay, good location and well equipped house. Near to Heligan and the Eden Project and nice beaches.

“A fantastic rental property owned by incredibly thoughtful owners!”

Reviewed 22 Apr 2017

We booked this property through TripAdvisor which was a very easy process. The property is located off the main road to the harbour in a collection of new builds. The cul-de-sac is nice and quiet with friendly neighbours either side. The entire house was immaculate and included everything you need (and usually forget to bring) to start your holiday i.e. washing liquid, powder, salt 'n' pepper etc. Every thought was put into renting this property out and they even left a bottle of wine which was what we needed after a 6 hour drive! Communication between the owners was brilliant - via TripAdvisor and the manual to the house/area. I have already recommended this property to others, especially those with a family. Thank you so much for renting your property to us - we all had a fantastic holiday! We hope to be back next year x

“Christmas visit”

Reviewed 3 Jan 2017

Ideally placed at the top of historic and beautiful Charlestown, Key West is a great place to stay. The house is a nice size and can be used as a base to visit the surrounding areas and attractions such as The Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project.

“Very comfortable modern house in excellent location”

Reviewed 7 Oct 2016

Myself and my daughter stayed for three nights and found the house was very comfortable. Everything was nice and clean, beds were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water and heating should you need it. Pleasant quiet cul de sac, walking distance to restaurants and bar. We particularly liked Wreckers near the harbour. Short drive to the Eden project and Lost gardens of Heligan. Fowey also worth a visit. We would not hesitate in using it as a base if we were visiting Cornwall again.

“Great holiday”

“Modern, clean and a great location.”

Reviewed 25 Aug 2016

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The facilities were great and it was well equipped, the owners have really thought about what guests might need. The location is ideal, just a short walk down to the harbour in Charlestown which has a few nice pubs and restaurants and there are beautiful coastal walks which take you to great beaches such as Carlyon Bay. It is in a handy location for visiting other attractions around Cornwall such as the Eden project.

“Great house in a great location”

Reviewed 5 Nov 2012

We only had a short stay here. We arrived quite late on Friday night, and the owners had very thoughtfully left tea, coffee and milk (and a bottle of wine). The house is in a fantastic location. Charlestown is beautiful with good places for a meal or a drink, and within easy reach of St Austell, supermarkets etc. If you stay, you must visit the Eden Project. The condition of the house is excellent. Everything was very clean, it had everything we needed, and for people with younger families there is a Wii and several games and toys in one of the bedrooms. If we ever come back to this part of Cornwall I would defnitely book this property again.

“Beautiful holiday home in a beautiful location!”

Reviewed 2 Sep 2012

We stayed for two weeks, using the house as a base to visit our favourite old haunts, meet up with local family & friends and explore new parts of Cornwall. The house is perfectly equipped, with everything we could possibly need; stylishly decorated and absolutely spotlessly clean, all making sure that our stay was stress free and totally relaxed. Located on the edge of picturesque, historic harbour town of Charlestown and a stones throw from St Austell; pubs, restaurants and supermarkets are readily available locally; pebbled swimming beaches within a short walk or larger sandy bays a short drive away; woodland or clifftop walks nearby; as well as busier watersports locations on the other side of the bay. Key West offers great access to so many options for all the familiy's favourite holiday activities. We had a perfect holiday, ten out of ten from us! Trudy, Ray and Rebecca (SE London)
