At Pebbledrift Cottage we have everything you need for your self catering holiday in Charlestown. Our beautiful, granite fronted, self catering cottage has been designed to blend with the charming surroundings of the historic port of Charlestown. The cottage is one of a small group of seven cottages based around a central courtyard. It is 100 yards from Charlestown harbour and Charlestown's two beaches which are recommended by the Marine Conservation Society (MCS) for their excellent water quality and has European designated bathing water.

Pebbledrift Cottage is a well crafted and carefully thought out holiday home. Downstairs you will find two large, comfortable, bright bedrooms and a well appointed bathroom. Upstairs you will find a bright, spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area, with clearly defined well equipped kitchen and dining areas, as well as a breakfast bar which is great for lounging around with your morning coffee and paper. The cottage will comfortably accommodate four people in the generous double and twin bedded bedrooms.

We have a fan oven with electric hob, fridge, freezer, wine fridge, toaster, microwave oven, Broadband/WiFi, digital Freesat TV, DVD player, IPod dock with MP3 aux connection, dishwasher, washing machine, airer, hairdryer with diffuser, iron and ironing board, gas central heating and combi boiler for instant hot water.

Bed linen and bath/hand towels are provided for use within Pebbledrift Cottage. Please bring your own beach towels.

There is one marked, off road, private parking place available for Guest use - additional parking is also easy to find on the street or in a public car park approximately 100 yards from Pebbledrift Cottage. There is also a private south facing walled courtyard garden with garden table and chairs, bench seat and two sun loungers, and a pull out washing line.

We offer Sat-Sat bookings only June-September and school holidays. We also offer 4 day breaks Mon-Fri or Fri-Mon at other times depending on availability. Please contact the Owner regarding any other other booking options/requests.

Strictly No Smoking, No Pets, Four occupants maximum. The first floor open plan kitchen and living area may not be suitable/advisable for toddlers. We have a secure top of stairs removable gate/guard but do not provide a cot, high chair, or other infant facilities. Please inform us immediately of any breakages/lost items during your stay. Any breakages/missing items identified at the end of your stay may be chargeable to the Occupants at Owners discretion. Deposits are non refundable.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send David (the owner) a message.

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
