Peacefully nestled in a quiet hamlet, away from the crowds, but within easy walking distance from shops and village restaurants with the vibrant seaside resort of Skegness just down the road, 15 mins drive away!

❤ This super spacious holiday cottage with 3 good sized bedrooms and a 22ft lounge with additional dining room can easily accommodate 1 to 5 persons and is set to provide a nice relaxing homely feel with large comfy sofas for maximum comfort. Together with a giant secure Pet friendly garden makes this home the perfect base in which to explore and enjoy the countless attractions for all ages, making it a wonderful relaxing hideaway for Family holiday's and cosy Winter short-breaks.

❤ Pet Friendly - If you are a Pet owner, then you really have found the Jewel in the Crown! You have complete peace of mind that you can let dogs off the lead and enjoy watching them happily play in the large secure garden from the conservatory knowing that they can't go missing due to the secure fencing & gates.. We haven't had any escapee's yet!

A sleepy, totally relaxed English village with a warm welcome to its visitors, everyone seems happy & relaxed with all the time in the world to chat about anything you want to talk about. The village has some of the best restaurants, Beaches and entertainment in the area, The Perfect place to enjoy a nice summer holiday or a Winter shortbreak.

The quaint little village of Chapel St Leonards is situated on the Lincolnshire coast, seven miles from the popular resort of Skegness. The village centre is bursting with traditional shops, local family pubs and a variety of restaurants and cafes. The beautiful long sandy beaches and sand dunes are the perfect place to relax, with brightly painted beach huts adding to the appeal of this charming village. Chapel St Leonards boasts a good leisure centre, where families can hire motorboats, quad bikes, play crazy golf or simply go fishing. Each year there is the Chapel Carnival Parade, which includes an array of creative floats and activities on the Village Green, complete with a fireworks display on the promenade.
