Description

The two Kastro Sea View Apartments in a two-floored house were only finished in spring 2007. Nadia and Nikos built them in best tradition following the beautiful Cretan style, including large verandas/balconies and a swimming pool and then added modern and cosy furnishings in the end.

Both houses provide an attractively designed open-plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen (including coffee machine, electric kettle, micro wave), 2 bedrooms (single beds/double bed/extra-bed), a bathroom with walk-in-shower and a separate toilet. Double glass aluminium doors and windows combined with mosquito nets ensure a maximum of sleeping comfort and an enjoyable quality of holiday. The basic equipment includes

also air conditioning, safety box, sat-TV, washing machine, hair dryer and electric iron.

Outdoor living is perfect with the swimming pool (30 m²), the outside dining area and the barbeque while sitting under the glorious Cretan sun and enjoying the fantastic

The Chania Prefecture region

Even though the delightful village of Kastellos is just 4
km away from the fine, sandy beach of Georgioupolis and
the National Highway, it manages to keep its naturalness
and traditional charm. That´s why the idyllic hillside
location guarantees both excellent peace and unique
views of the sea and the magic landscape with its small
villages.

Georgioupolis is situate in a region with plenty of water
and old trees. Three rivers run into the sea at
Georgioupolis. The road bridge crosses the largest, the
Almiros river, whose mouth creates the small harbour. In
the last hundred years, many things have changed in
Georgioupolis. The once small village with its 9 km long
sandy beach enticed the first "do it yourself" holiday
makers, who found a few rooms available in the village.
The beach is busy with people enjoying the sand, the sea,
and a drink at the beach bars. Idyllic places around the
rivers and marshy areas can still be found despite the
increase in construction
