Description
The villa in Platanias is a luxurious villa which was built on 2008. It is constructed with materials of very high quality and a technology of great standards. The big area (520m2) gave the opportunity for big common rooms and very large bedrooms and baths, continuing with a very large kitchen, functional and fully equipped.
At the ground level: There is one bedroom that includes a king size bed, bathroom. There is also a big bedroom with en suite bathroom, with 1 double and one single bed, and one more bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom. A common room of washing and dry cleaning machines and the central heating installations. The garage (suitable for two cars) with WC
At the first floor: There is the main entrance, main sitting area, of living room with a big fireplace, fully furnished dining area , office area, totally 100m2, separate WC, big kitchen fully equipped with storage room, and a big bedroom that includes a king size bed with en suite bathroom.

Outdoor: The outdoor space with the private pool, the luxurious barbeque area, the lawn, the beautiful trees, the unstoppable view to the sea and the Cretan mountains create a unique environment for a pleasant stay. Silence and privacy are other benefits of this particular property. The property is a three level villa.
