Margarita’s Villa IV is one of the five autonomous villas located on the 10,000 square meter grounds of the Margarita’s Villa complex, surrounded by olive groves and views of the mountains and sea. All the villas are built in such a way that there is full privacy between them. Margarita Villa IV is ideally situated between Chania centre and Agia Marina town, near many sandy beaches. The Villa covers 115 m2 and it spreads in two levels, accommodating 4 guests in beds and up to 5 people if necessary.

Ground floor

Entering the villa you will find an air conditioned open plan area with the living room and kitchen. The living room features two sofas, a 32” satellite HDTV, a fireplace and a bluetooth speaker. Next to it is the fully equipped kitchen with branded electrical appliances which provides all essentials for a self catered vacation. The kitchen contains a kitchen table as well as a door with direct access to the barbecue terrace and the pool area. The ground floor bedroom features a King size bed (1,60 x 2,10), a ceiling fan and a closet. Finally there is a bathroom with a shower on this level which also contains the washing machine.

First Floor

Situated on the first floor is a sitting area with office space and the second bedroom and bathroom of the villa. The sitting area offers a sofa (0,85 x 1.90), office space and a balcony with mountain and sea views. The air-conditioned bedroom offers a King size bed (1,80 x 2,10) and plenty of closet space. Finally there is a family bathroom with a bathtub on this floor.

Outdoor Area

The outdoor area of the Villa offers views of the olive groves, mountains, and sea and the outdoor facilities include:

- 16 m2 private swimming pool (0,60 - 1,50 m deep) with a children’s section.

- Fully equipped charcoal barbecue with a wood oven and sink.

- Outdoor dining area under the shade of a pergola that seats 6 guests.

- Outdoor shower by the pool

- An playground for young children

- Outdoor parking space for up to two cars
