Description

By now, you have looked at 100s of villas in the Disney area. So why this one? Well, it is new, 15 mins from Disney World, luxuriously furnished, with eight HD TVs all with Roku players and multiple channels (via Spectrum app), two entertainment areas, a private pool with jacuzzi, a games room with pool table, table tennis, darts and foosball. The villa has all the kitchen equipment you need for self-catering, a BBQ (for an extra cost) and plenty of linen and towels, including for the pool.

But lots of villas can boast this. But not all are located in the the amazing gated Solterra resort with its huge 5-star pool with slide, cabanas, outdoor fire, gym, two tennis courts, volleyball, grass football pitch, floating slow river and cafe. Please look at the photos to see for yourself.

And we think we have one of the best houses in Solterra, with its large peaceful cul-de-sac plot. The garden is south west facing, which means sun all day with sunrise and sunset over the pool and the private pool backs onto a conservation area, which means no rear neighbours. There is an extra large deck to accomodate a large group. Few villas can offer this, which was the reason we bought this holiday home.

You are within a short drive of world class golf courses and five minutes from Champions Gate with its restaurants, large Publix supermarket, Subway, MacDonald's etc. Disney is a 15 minute drive, with a huge outlet shopping mall and the International Conference Centre a further ten minutes.

*Prices include 12% US sales tax. Pool heat is available on request for an extra US$28 per day or US$112 per week**. A BBQ is available for an extra $125 per week to cover gas and clean. Extra house cleaning services are available on request.

**We recommend pool heat between the months of October through to March. The desired water temperature is set at 86°F. However, like most pools, the pump relies on sucking warm air in from the atmosphere, so when the temperature drops too much, it struggles a little harder to heat the pool. Unfortunately, the operating cost remains the same and no refund can be made.

“A lovely house and a great base for the Orlando area”

We stayed here for the whole of February 2018 and can highly recommend this property. A lovely house and a great base for golf, shopping, visiting the theme parks, beach, Kennedy Space Centre etc. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our party of 6 adults and 2 children. The pool area is large and has a bbq and table/chairs for eating outside. There is plenty of space inside the house and there is a separate games room too. The kitchen is well equipped and nearby supermarkets made life easy for us. It is a short walk from the house to the resort pool which has a cafe, waterslide and new lazy river. There is also a gym. We made good use of and enjoyed these facilities too.

My wife and family were very pleased with this property. It was exactly as described in the advertizement. The size including number of bedrooms/baths was perfect for us. The property was comfortable, conveniently located to the parks and I-4, included many amenities enjoyed by my family. We had barely arrived then my grandchildren were in the pool which was used by all. Perhaps most notable were some of the little things that make a place home-like. The large modern kitchen was very well outfitted, we even found some starter coffee filters and paper in the bathrooms. Compared to using a hotel for our group, this house permitted a family-like atmosphere. We would highly recommend this property and intend to use it on our next trip to the area.

A fabulous property and a very responsive owner. Very large home with beautiful layout, plenty of baths and bedrooms and a wonderful large pool and hot tub. We and our friends and family really did not want to leave. Would rent this property again.
