This idyllic modern apartment not only boasts a peaceful location with unrivaled picturesque views of Chamonix valley but is also a marvellous setting for ski lovers, being mere minutes from the Brevent ski lift.

Situated just above the Brevent telepherique, Le Cretet 2 apartment boasts amazing panoramic views looking onto the Chamonix valley, Mont Blanc and the Aguilles. It is a lovely modern 37m2 one bedroom apartment, and is 7 minutes walk to Brevent and 15 minutes walk to the town centre. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a private garden with BBQ and sun loungers. There is a modern fitted kitchen, a bathroom with bath, and separate toilet, a lovely grey corner sofa (sofabed). The apartment benefits from plenty of wardrobe space, outdoor parking, UK TV channels, wifi internet access, a washing /dryer, microwave oven, machine and dishwasher.

Bookings are usually Saturday to Saturday, but we are flexible on your dates and also offer season letting. Just let us know your requirements and we will work out a price for you.

We are also happy to offer discounts on bookings of more than week.

As a security against damages Chamonix All Year, who manage the apartment, will also pre-authorise a damage deposit of £400.00 on your bank card. They will contact you to request these bank card details once your booking is confirmed by Holiday Lettings and the damage deposit will be pre-authorised approx. 7-10 days before your arrival in Chamonix. This will be automatically released 28 days after the date it is authorised and only once the accommodation has been checked after your departure. If you would like the authorisation cancelled sooner than this automatic release then please contact us after your departure.

Chamonix is the perfect holiday destination for any season! You'll be surprised at the size of this alpine mountain town and the amount it has to offer you. Chamonix sits at the foot of Mont Blanc in the heart of the French Alps, displaying glaciers and breathtaking views of the snow capped mountains all around.

The skiing in Chamonix has a reputation for steep unforgiving runs, and there is enough on-piste challenge to provide a work-out for even the most advanced skiers. There is also plenty of skiing for the intermediate skier, enormous off-piste potential and some of the best ski touring in the world.

Historic Chamonix is a cosmopolitan town full of life and incredible scenery. In addition to the Ski season for which it is famous, there are hundreds of shops, countless restaurants, bars, clubs and a casino. There is also the sports centre with indoor and outdoor pools, ice rink, rock climbing, paragliding, water rafting, mountain bike trails and an 18 hole golf course. There's always plenty to do for the children too. Chamonix also has a the highest cable car in Europe to take you to the top of Mont Blanc and the Montenvers train to visit the Sea of Ice glacier and ice grotto. Plus cinema, Alpine Museum and a local market on Saturday morning - selling a wide range of local produce.

With a huge range of on and off mountain activities, there is something for everyone throughout the year. Chamonix is a place you'll want to come back to time and time again!

Chamonix

The apartment offers the perfect location for exploring all of the Chamonix valley. The walk into the town centre takes 15 minutes. The 4 start hotel Auberge du Bois Prin is just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment and has a good restaurant with set menus starting from 19 euros per person. If you are driving please ensure you have snow chains (a requirement by law in France) as occasionally after heavy snowfall, they may be required.

“Super apartment with fantastic views of Mont Blanc”

We stayed at this super apartment in June. The views of the Mont Blanc range were fantastic. The apartment was clean and tidy. The CAY representative was very attentive and friendly. It was a little off the beaten track and quite a stiff walk uphill from Chamonix centre however we didnt have any problems taking the car into Chamonix when we didnt want to walk. Looking forward to another stay next year.

“Amazing views of mt blanc”

This little apartment is very well appointed. It has a tv (multiple cable boxes, dvds in the draws), full kitchen, bathroom and washing machine (no dryer). The location is great if you have a car but can be a bit of a hike by foot. But the height does make for great views and proxmity to walking/hiking paths. All in all this is a great way place to stay at when visiting the best place on earth.
