Spacious South facing garden level apartment with a floor area of 105 sq metres. Three bedrooms, all with ensuite showers sleeping up to seven people in a choice of double or single beds.

For extra accommodation there also is the option of renting the adjacent Chalet Alpine Rose which sleeps two people. Please enquire for the pricing. Alternatively there is a sofa bed plus option of extra single bed in one of the bedrooms to sleep nine at no extra cost.

For larger groups we also can offer a selection of other properties within two minutes walk.

For relaxation after a hard day in the mountains there is free 50M WiFi, & TV Internet access, BlueRay DVD, CD player, international Cable TV, DVD library, selection of books, Sauna and Wood Burning Stove with unlimited supply of logs.

Unlike many properties who claim to be in central Chamonix but on closer investigation are a bus ride or long walk away from the action our chalet apartment is only 200 metres from the town centre by footpath.

It is 600 metres on foot (or by car) from two of the local cable cars, Le Brevant and Aiguille De Midi plus 700 metres from the Savoie beginners ski area.

We are two minutes walk from the free ski bus which goes to all the valleys ski areas and also three minutes walk from the Chamonix Aiguille De Midi mountain railway halt which runs from La Fayet (with connection to Geneve) to Martigny and Verbier in Switzerland.

Outside the ski season there is close and easy access to the mountain trails by foot or on a mountain bike. The nearest climbing area is Gaillands which is 1,3km away and in about 20minutes you can be at the foot of a selection of high mountain climbing routes.

The golf course is 5 minutes drive, the indoor and outdoor swimming pool is 10 minutes walk as is the Planards adventure park with luge, rope adventures and other family activities.

Despite the close proximity to the centre of town our chalet apartment is located in a secluded location in 1000 sq metres of private gardens at the end of a private road in a quiet residential area on the sunny side of the Chamonix valley.

The large gardens are surrounded by mature trees and hedges and are a haven for wild life such as birds, lizards, bats and red squirrels (with frequent visits from other interesting species such as Alpine Wild Cats, Sanglier, Red and Roe Deer).

At the same time however there are stunning extensive views of the surrounding mountains, including Le Brevant, Les Houches, Mont Blanc, L'Aiguille De Midi and Les Grands Montets.

There is also secure parking for several cars plus a table tennis table, barbeque and swings with plenty of room in the garden for the children to play.

The chalet also contains our owner accommodation so we will be on hand at all times to offer advice or help. We have been actively involved in an extensive variety of outdoor activities in Chamonix for 25 years and will be delighted to offer advice, whether it be on skiing, snowboarding, trail running, mountaineering, mountain biking and so on....

All the bedrooms can be configured with single or double beds. For extra sleeping accomodation there is also a sofa bed and folding bed.

There is a high chair, baby bouncer and two travel cots.

Pets are welcome to stay and to play in the gardens.

All beds will be premade with pressed linen. For clients who want to travel light we can provide towels at a small extra cost.

The property is cosy and warm in winter as it is highly insulated with 24mm double glazing for extra light and better views.

We can arrange door to door airport transfers plus ski/snowboard hire including delivery to the property.
