In addition to the views, the apartment is beautiful!, modern, tastefully decorated, well equipped, having one large window and a large balcony with a splendid view of Chamonix. Furthermore, it is ideally located 2 minutes by foot from the pedestrian roads.

- 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom (double bed 150x200 cm + 1 wardrobe, 1 cabin (window) with 2 single bunk beds 80 x 190 cm + 1 wardrobe

- 1 new bathroom with 1 large Italian shower, 1 washing machine (no dryer)

- 1 separate WC + lavatory

- 1 comfortable sofa-bed in the living room: double bed 140 x 190 cm. Oak floors, wood ceiling, integrated spotlights with dimmer for your intimate evening and chic teak furnishes.

- 1 kitchen fully equipped with everything one need.

- A bright, large balcony with an amazing view on Mont-Blanc,

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of Residence MORGANE in Chamonix town center. It is very well located, close to all restaurants, pub and food groceries, in a lively neighborhood on day, but calm in the night. The apartment is only steps away from the bus stop to the amenities of Chamonix (swimming pool, ice ring, casino, shops, cinema ...) and 5 minutes’ walk to the bus stop for slopes (280 meters).

The Rhône-Alpes region

Despite its reputation for steep runs and extreme off-piste terrain, the Chamonix Valley has 155kms of piste with runs catering for all abilities. Beginners are well catered for at Le Tour or Les Houches, with much more gentle skiing in comparison to the other areas so it is probably the best area for less confident skiers. Intermediate skiers can enjoy the long cruising high altitude blue and red runs of La Flegere (now linked by gondola to Brevent) and les Grands Montets. Lifts to two of the areas are within walking distance on either side of the centre of Chamonix, all the others are linked by an efficient bus service included in the cost of a lift pass.

Chamonix Town Centre

Chamonix is also home to the Vallee Blanche, probably the most famous off-piste run down over the glaciers that descend from the Mont Blanc.

The streets of the old town are a mix of old world elegance with French charm and the cobbled pedestrian centre, with a river that runs through it, is compact and easily accessible. The town is busy and has lively nightlife with shops selling everything from ski gear to high end jewellery and watches. It is home to an excellent array of restaurants, bars and late night bars/clubs to guarantee the excitement is not just confined to the slopes. For those looking for a more relaxing apres scene there is a cinema, a bowling alley, an ice rink and a large sports centre with an indoor pool.
