The Parc du Mont Blanc apartment is a large beautifully furnished duplex apartment sleeping 6 people just 3 minutes walk from the centre of Chamonix. Boasting a large sunny terrace with uninterrupted Mont Blanc views, the apartment is a very special place to enjoy as a base in Chamonix.

Luxuriously furnished, with 2 good size bedrooms, one ensuite and the other with adjoining bathroom, plus a third twin bedroom up on one of the two mezzanines above the open plan living area, the apartment oozes character and charm. The living room boasts a roaring fireplace, and leather sofas, with a dining area and good sized kitchen as well. Leading up from the living area is the TV snug with flatscreen TV & satellite TV & DVD player. Leading off the living area is the large south facing terrace with unspoilt views of Mont Blanc, and outdoor table and chairs seating 6 people, perfect fro enjoying the evening after a day in the mountains.

In addition you have the convenience of 2 covered secure car parking spaces, ski locker and wifi internet access.

For short break pricing please contact Chamonix all year direct. Holiday lettings are unable to provide a short break price.

Bookings are usually Saturday to Saturday, but we are flexible on your dates and also offer season letting. Just let us know your requirements and we will work out a price for you.

30% is required as a deposit and the balance 8 weeks before you holiday.

If you book late and the above is not possible full payment is then required.

As a security against damages Chamonix All Year, who manage the apartment, will also pre-authorise a damage deposit of £500.00 on your bank card. They will contact you to request these bank card details once your booking is confirmed by Holiday Lettings and the damage deposit will be pre-authorised approx. 7-10 days before your arrival in Chamonix. This will be automatically released 28 days after the date it is authorised and only once the accommodation has been checked after your departure. If you would like the authorisation cancelled sooner than this automatic release then please contact us after your departure.

Once you have booked we will also send you an information pack with car hire, directions to the apartment, lift maps, town maps, Chamonix brochure, recommended restaurants and bars.

In addition we can also:

- arrange Airport transfers from Geneva Airport.

- Buy and deliver ski passes ready for your arrival

- offer ski hire discount.

- offer discount on mountain bike hire too.

Chamonix sits at the foot of Mont Blanc in the heart of the French Alps, displaying glaciers and breathtaking views of the snow capped mountains all around.

The skiing in Chamonix has a reputation for steep unforgiving runs, and there is enough on-piste challenge to provide a work-out for even the most advanced skiers. There is also plenty of skiing for the intermediate skier, enormous off-piste potential and some of the best ski touring in the world.

Chamonix Town Centre

Historic Chamonix is a cosmopolitan town full of life and incredible scenery. In addition to the Ski season for which it is famous, there are hundreds of shops, countless restaurants, bars, clubs and a casino. There is also the sports centre with indoor and outdoor pools, ice rink, rock climbing, paragliding, water rafting, mountain bike trails and an 18 hole golf course. There's always plenty to do for the children too. Chamonix also has a the highest cable car in Europe to take you to the top of Mont Blanc and the Montenvers train to visit the Sea of Ice glacier and ice grotto. Plus cinema, Alpine Museum and a local market on Saturday morning - selling a wide range of local produce.

With a huge range of on and off mountain activities, there is something for everyone throughout the year. Chamonix is a place you'll want to come back to time and time again!

"Excellent, professional service from start to finish... Wouldn't change a a thing!"

This is the second time I have used and again it was an excellent experience from start to finish. We picked the property through their easy to use website, were able to call them straight away to discuss in more detail and make our booking. The rest was very straight forward and there was no hassle or unnecessary paperwork involved. We were met at the apartment upon arrival and shown around and given all the information we could possibly need during our stay in Chamonix. There was also a great guide by Chamonix All Year left in the Apartment with a lot of useful information on the resort. The apartment was clean and spacious, and exactly as advertised. I came back to Chamonix All Year for a second time as I feel they are a friendly down to earth company. Most of all they see honest and their main intention is for the customer to have a great holiday. We booked a ski holiday in February this year through Ski Total, who were a nightmare and just seemed very money grabbing and had no personal touch at all - will never use Ski Total again! I will definitely be using Chamonix All Year again as we had a fantastic time in Chamonix, the whole week went very smoothly thanks to a genuine customer focused company - Chamonix All Year! (And loads of fresh snow!) Many thanks, see you next year i'm sure!!
