Newly renovated the apartment is stylishly furnished and has all the modern gadgets one would associate with a property of this quality. There is flat screen TV, a DVD player, an Iphone docking station and free Wi-Fi internet connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, mircowave, oven and granite bar area. There are 4 bedrooms, two twins and two doubles and 3 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are en suite. There is a ski locker room and private covered parking on the property. From the terrace there are fabulous views of the Mont-Blanc range. We would recommend up to a maximum of 8 people. Catering can be organised on request. Additional Services: We are happy to help arrange transfers from the airport and equipment hire. The property is a beautiful coach house set amongst approximately 1300sqm of gardens in the centre of Chamonix at the foot of the Aiguille du Midi cablecar. From the front gates a tree lined drive takes you to the coach house itself and private covered parking for all of our guests. With only about 250m to walk to get to the pedestrian centre of Chamonix, the property is one of few with this amount of surrounding space, so close to the centre of town. In summer, the gardens provide ample room for sunbathing and BBQs, all with the view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi in the back ground. Children can play safely in the confines of the garden. In winter, the main ski bus stop is two minutes walk away.

We provide towels, bed linen and a hairdryer. There are games and books in the living area. There is a ski locker room to leave all your equipment in. Cots and highchairs can be provided.

The coach house is set in a large walled private garden. Children can play safely in the garden. We provide BBQ facilities, chairs and tables and sun loungers for our guests. There is covered parking on the grounds.

“Enjoyable stay”

Many thanks to Odile for receiving us and helping with good advice on ski-rentals, transport, etc. The Terrace was clean, everything functional, well equipped, warm and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay!

“Fantastic self contained apartment in central Chamonx”

My family of 5 ( 3 children) stayed in the Terrace apartment for 7 days. The apartment is wonderfully located and is within easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. It is also very close to the Mont Blanc cable ride. The apartment is beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped. We were lucky enough to experience snow and the views from the apartment were spectacular. Odile is lovely to deal with and very responsive. I highly recommend this as the only place to stay in Chamonix, my children loved do much they are already planning our next stay.
