“Brilliant little apartment!”

Me my partner and 2 children had a lovely stay here last week. The apartment is small but has everything you need and was nice and clean. It’s in a quiet area but is still very close to the main attractions with a short walk through the lovely museum gardens to get to everything. We stayed on the hottest day of the year so our sleep wasn’t the best but our restless night wasn’t because of the beds just the unbearable heat! Gerald was brilliant from the off and would like to thank him for a wonderful stay, we hope to be back next year! :)

On day 3 of a 7 day family Christmas holiday to York, We have had an enjoyable holiday staying at this apartment. Communication with owner prior to arrival excellent. Everything as described or even better to put it as it is. Very close to the city centre, walking distance of York Minster and York Theatre. Secure gated accommodation located in a serene environment at the end of a cul-de-sac. Could not ask for a better accommodation as the whole family loves it. We will definitely visit again!

“Perfect location”

We stayed for 5 nights during the school October holidays - 2 adults and a 10 year old. The flat was the perfect size and location for us, and the secure parking was exactly what we needed. It's less than 10 minutes walk either through the Museum Gardens or alongside the River Ouse into the city centre, and the squirrels running around the gardens were a novel entertainment in the mornings! The flat was exactly as described and was very modern and clean. However, it should be noted that it's on the first floor, up an external metal staircase. This was no problem for us, but might be an issue for other visitors and I hadn't spotted that from the description. We loved our visit to York and would highly recommend booking this property. In fact we'll definitely book it again if we go back!

This flat is located in a quiet corner of a private gated mews. It is modern, clean and well spec'd with everything you need. It is a five minute walk from the train station and town centre with a Sainsbury local shop at the end of the road. My car had its own numbered space and was safe. Great property all round that I would definitely book again.

“One of the Best Locations Possible in York”

I stayed there for a month for work and it had a great location near the center of the city and offered all you could want. It was only 2 blocks from the train station, 3 blocks from center of historic downtown, and immediately next to the Museum Gardens. It has several restaurants, shops, and small grocery stores nearby. Private gated parking was a plus. It is a little tricky to initially find as it is on a side road, but when you do it is well worth it.
