Lovely apartment in a great location , clean and spacious , there were four adults and plenty of room, has everything you could possibly need , lovely spacious bedrooms with comfy beds , would definitley come back .

Really comfy clean apartment with lots of extras and beds with nice bathroom - close to everything but nice and quiet area Damp patch in one of bedrooms probs as its a basement but was still lovely room -would def book this place again when in Whitby as well worth the money
“Perfect holiday apartment”
Ideal location opposite Pannett Park and close to the town centre. This is the 3rd time we have stopped in one of Sharan's apartments and all have been so homely and comfortable lacking nothing. We'll be back soon
“Practically perfect in every way”
Stayed for a weekend as 2 couples. This is our 5th visit to Whitby but 1st time at this apartment. It's a basement apartment over 2ish floors. Instructions from the owner are excellent and upon opening the doors we were all blown away by how truly lovely this place is. The only item I couldn't find was a hairdryer but seriously that's about all I could think that it didn't have. The place is obviously well loved and attention to detail is fabulous. Bathroom is a great size - bath and shower. The beds were sooooo comfy - I think I slept like the dead! The living room is a great size, all 4 adults had plenty of room to relax with a cuppa after an evening out. Kitchen is well stocked...just being your own milk for a brew and any other bits you want to eat/drink. We only really had brews as we like to eat out when we're away. Location is perfect. It's on bagdale which is quite literally a 2 minute walk into the heart of Whitby coming in by the train station in the newer part of town. Parking has always been a nightmare in Whitby but there's enough room to pull up at the back, unload and then move the car to either a side street (if you're lucky enough to find a space) or one of the bigger car parks. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this place, turned out to be a great find
“Broomfield Terrace, Whitby”
Really nice apartment in a good location close to the centre of Whitby. The apartment itself was very pleasant and spotlessly clean with a well equipped, modern kitchen. We would have no hesitation in recommending it to other people. The only downside was the parking, but you are able to unload the car in a road at the back of the building before finding a parking space elsewhere, so it isn't too much of a problem.
Place was immaculate and has everything you need. Very well laid out,front room overlooking the park over the other side of the road,bathroom down a level and bedrooms down a level again,but all in close proximity . Great selection of books to read If you want,and a television in both the lounge and one of the bedrooms. Tea coffee milk and sugar (and biscuits!) waiting on arrival which was a nice touch I can only say positives about the whole apartment,was fantastic . It's a 5 minute walk into Whitby which is lovely.lots of quirky shops,and recommend visiting the captain cook museum The abbey is something else .You can literally feel the atmosphere as you walk towards it. Co op 5 mins from the apartment open till 2300 most days I think. We visited bagdale hall hotel on the Tuesday for a meal and drinks,was top notch Thanks for having us ,we hope to be back soon
What can i say? Myself, my partner and our 2 year old had a 4 night stay at Broomfield. This apartment has everything you need and more. The attention to detail is superb. The beds are so comfortable, even our 2 year old did not wish to get up! Perfect location, as just 5-10 minute walk from the centre. If you need any bits and pieces there is a large Co-Op store, which stayed open until 11pm!! We booked a car park space on JustPark, as recommended by Sharan. This also was great as for 5 days it cost just £12.00 and was parked off road, just a short walk away. So much to see and do that we are planning a return visit and be staying for allot longer.

A beautiful apartment in a great location, a couple of minutes walk from the train station, with no great hills to climb. Apartment has the living room and kitchen at street level and the bedrooms are below street level. Decor throughout is to a very high standard, with everything you could possibly need for a great stay. Parking was very easy just round the corner and free of charge and it was easy to load/unload behind the property. Sharan the owner was very easy to deal with and replied promptly. A great stay will definitely be back. Thank-you.
“Exactly as described!”
We stayed at Broomfiled Terrace, with our two grandsons aged 14 and 9 over what must have been the busiest four days of the year in Whitby - or it felt like it!! I knew that there was no parking at the property so had already decided to purchase a 3 day parking permit from the Tourist information Centre. This allowed us to also park in Scarbourough, Robin Hoods Bay, Filey etc. The property is exactly as described! The two double bedrooms are situated in the basement and the living room and kitchen are at street level. The modern, clean shower/bathroom is located mid way between the two floors at the rear of the building. We entered, on our first day, via the rear of the apartment, where we could park to unload. Once we were settled in we preferred to use the front entrance as the steps in the yard are quite steep. The apartment is situated on the busy main road, leading to Whitby Harbour but road noise was no problem at all. We all slept really well and the beds are really comfy. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Broomfield Terrace as a clean, extremely convenient, central location.
