Description

Broomfield Terrace is a ground floor apartment,spread over three floors,opposite Pannett Park. It is just a short walk to Whitby town centre.

The apartment is deceptively spacious.

Both bedrooms have king size beds.A foldaway single bed is also available upon request. This fits easily into the green bedroom. You would need to bring your own bedding,linen and towels for this.

There is also a travel cot.

The bathroom has both a shower cubicle and a bath and again lots of space !!

The kitchen is equiped with all modern facilities including a washer / dryer and dishwasher.

Free Wi Fi is available

Although the apartment has no private parking you can park at the rear to unload and street parking can be found near by on either Chubb or Prospect Hill and also Hanover Terrace.

Broomfield Apartment is situated very close to two of my other properties, Seagull Cottage and Abbey View ( both in Carrs Yard,) and is below my apartment called Knott's

One small dog is allowed at an additional cost. No cats or puppies

“Exactly as described!”

We stayed at Broomfiled Terrace, with our two grandsons aged 14 and 9 over what must have been the busiest four days of the year in Whitby - or it felt like it!! I knew that there was no parking at the property so had already decided to purchase a 3 day parking permit from the Tourist information Centre. This allowed us to also park in Scarbourough, Robin Hoods Bay, Filey etc. The property is exactly as described! The two double bedrooms are situated in the basement and the living room and kitchen are at street level. The modern, clean shower/bathroom is located mid way between the two floors at the rear of the building. We entered, on our first day, via the rear of the apartment, where we could park to unload. Once we were settled in we preferred to use the front entrance as the steps in the yard are quite steep. The apartment is situated on the busy main road, leading to Whitby Harbour but road noise was no problem at all. We all slept really well and the beds are really comfy. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Broomfield Terrace as a clean, extremely convenient, central location.
