Description

Ideal accommodation for NEC, joint family/friends quiet events and local weddings, this barn could be let with our adjoining Warwickshire self catering barn that can accommodate up to 10 people. This barn sleeps up to 8 people in 2 bedrooms, both with king-size beds that split into 2 singles and 3' day/settee beds with trundles. The large south facing courtyard has a BBQ and patio furniture. We have 2 travel cots. We supply towels for international guests only. When booking please notify us if you have extra cars so we can advise you whether there will be space for them.

Our 18c self catering barn conversions are easily found 5 miles north of Warwick town, just a mile off the main A4177 Warwick Road down a beautiful leafy country lane. We are 5 miles south of Solihull and 10 minutes off the M42 and M6. Each of our barns has been tastefully decorated to a high standard with original timbers particularly in the bedrooms, soft furnishings and fully equipped kitchens.

You can hire our Cookery School with its own dining room for a special occasion, just contact us with your request.

There are several other properties on site and we ask our guests at our barns to respect the privacy of others and to and enjoy the property they have rented and not wander around the farm for safety sake as it is a working farm and we have heavy machinery crossing at times.

This is the ideal base for golfers visiting Copt Heath Golf Club 15 minutes away, or Stonebridge Heart of England Golf Club just 18 minutes away, or for a relaxing countryside break, days packed with things to do with or without a family.

We have wonderful sunrises and sunsets, a variety of local wildlife and you can walk for miles on local footpaths, down to Hay Wood or up to Wroxall Abbey. Try the Case is Altered, the Free House at the end of the lane serving local ales on your way back. Visit our local National Trust Properties, Packwood House, Baddesley Clinton or Coughton Court. Being in Shakespeare's country, Stratford upon Avon is 15 mins drive, where you can boat on the Avon, then have a pre dinner meal down Sheep Street before enjoying a performance at the Theatre. For more active days visit Warwick Castle for medieval feasts, jousting, Horrible Histories or perhaps a summer outdoor concert. Hatton Countyworld will keep any child happy for a day with their birds of prey shows, animal petting centre, fun rides and sheep racing etc etc. Whilst relaxing in the garden you may hear the hawks calling through the day as they swirl round the skies, then after a long day doing whatever you feel like doing you may catch sight of the occasional owl swooping overhead while enjoying a BBQ and with the smell of summer jasmine and honeysuckle wafting on the breeze ….... you can't help but relax. Being near to the NEC we can also offer accommodation for events. + Please note colours of bedding and furniture etc may vary from these photos as we upgrade and renew contents of our barns as necessary. +

House rules

We are happy for groups to book for events, quiet hen parties and stag do's, but not noisy parties. All our barns are strictly non smoking either within the barns, gardens or anywhere on the farmland. The deposit will be held if there is excessive noise and/or smoking is detected. Please respect the privacy of others and for safety do not wander or let your children run around outside your barn boundary as this is a working farm and we have heavy machinery crossing at times.

“Lovely place to stay”

Eight of us shared the barn conversion and it was an enjoyable experience. The barn was perfect for our weekend event at the NEC being an easy 20 minute drive from the venue. My only minor niggle would be the drive to the barn is badly pot holed and was a teeth rattling experience.
