The region of Tavira is in addition to its beautiful beaches, numerous outdoor activities such as golfing, boating in the Ria Formosa, bike rental, etc.Tavira is loved by birdwatchers.Be sure to visit the numerous churches (30) and the famous Pego do Inferno (cascade of fresh water). “First-rate accommodation”

The property is finished to a high specification. The location is excellent and nothing was too much trouble for the owner. Nothing at all to find fault with!

Excellent location, central but quiet. Marvellous facilities, chic and modern. 2 bathrooms was a bonus! Wonderful restaurants very close by. Highly recommend it.

Thank you so much Valter for making your lovely loft available for us and others to enjoy. The accommodation is five star, comfortable, finished and furnished beautifully. Not only that but it is wonderfully situated in the centre of town, with steps to walk for an excellent coffee and a couple of hundred yards to some fantastic restaurants (thanks for the recommendations, spot on). Even parking was favourable...we always managed to park in front of the flat and just fed the meter regularly which was inexpensive especially considering the convenience. My partner and I consider ourselves lucky to have found this gem and we are convinced it made our September getaway all the sweeter.

If you have booked to stay at Loft 39 in the next few weeks you will not be dissapointed.My husdand and i have just returned from a weeks stay at this apartment and from the welcome we got on arrival from the owners friend Theresa to our goodbyes to Valters wife we could not find one thing to complain about.On opening the Green front door you know staight away that you have made a excellent choice, on the first floor you will find a very modern kitchen equiped to a very high standared along with a lovely lounge area.On the next two floors you will find the bedrooms and bathrooms once again furnished to a very high standered and at the top of the building you have the large roof top terrace.The apartment is situated in the centre of Tavira which suited us as everything we needed was close by.Thank You Valter and your wife for making our first visit to Tavira a very comfortable and relaxing your apartment is FIRST CLASS.
