If you like buildings from the beginning of the 20th century then you are at the right place. This means 3.10m high ceilings, double wooden windows, which are excellent sound/heat insulation, and a window in each room with a lot of natural light. The apartment is placed on the second floor in a small residential building. Although there is no elevator in the building you will have no problems with stairs as the “old masters” thought of that as well. Stairs are large and low, and it seems they are adjusted to everyone's step.
Whether you are a group of friends or a family, this spacious 120 square meter apartment will be perfect for your holidays. No matter how hot Split's weather gets, five air conditioning units will keep you cool in this luxurious apartment. The apartment is equipped with wi-fi internet, 2 flat screen televisions and all the kitchen equipment you will need (fridge-freezer, microwave oven, oven, hob etc). Apart from two bedrooms, a large living room, a separate kitchen, and two balconies, there is a nursery room with a baby cot and a sofa bed.
This is a spacious apartment located in the heart of Split, less than a couple of minutes walk from the historic Roman Diocletian's Palace and the Old Town pedestrian areas. Even though it is located in the centre of Split, the building is placed in a quiet area where you are guaranteed to have a pleasant and relaxing time.
In the immediate vicinity there are shops and restaurants, and a couple of minutes walk will bring you to Split's impressive green market. From the apartment, Split's main beach at Bacvice is only 15 minutes walk, and the Old Town sea front is less than 10 minutes walk through the Roman Palace.
