Please, read the characteristics of the ad carefully before booking. The two bedroom apartment is 150 meters from the Cathedral, and it is located on the second floor of a building without elevator with only 2 apartmentsin the same building, situated on the corner of two streets. It is very bright, has 7 balconies overlooking the street. From some of those balconies you will see the Giralda and the Cathedral. On the terrace, located over the apartment, you can enjoy fantastic views of those monuments.

The apartment is in a building of two houses (one house on each floor) occupying the entire second floor. The building has no elevator. We have a two-bedroom apartment. The master bedroom has a double bed rather broad (1,50mx2,00m), a wardrobe and two balconies overlooking the street. The second bedroom has another double bed dimensions 1.35 x 1.90 m. The second bedroom is located at one end of the apartment, independent from the rest of the apartment by a screen to make it more comfortable

All windows of the balconies have a system to darken the room and lounge. All rooms in the house have natural lighting and ventilation through the balconies to the street, and the bathroom and kitchen through a window to the inner courtyard of the building.

The apartment has central air conditioning, except in the bathroom. The bathroom is very spacious and has a shower plate, and a window to ventilate easily. The lounge has a comfortable sofa and extendable dining table next to the kitchen. It also has a television. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking, a microwave, refrigerator, stove and washing machine, plus a dishwasher to make your stay more comfortable in the apartment. The apartment has internet via wifi only for this apartment.

The building has a terrace above the apartment with wonderful views of the Giralda and the cathedral. This terrace is common to the two houses of the building. On this terrace we have arranged some furniture to enjoy it responsibly, respecting the rest of the other neighbors. The terrace clothesline where you can hang clothes.

My Partner Charo will wait to you at the apartment. She speaks Spanish, English and Italian. She is an expert in the city and will give you the best advice on where to go. She also will explain how the apartment works and give you some good tips on sights, restaurants, flamenco, etc. During your stay I'll be at your disposal in case you need me for anything. We love doing this because we love our city Sevilla, and we show our best treasure. I always say we will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Check-in is from 14:00 to 22:00. If you need an earlier check-in or a later check-in please contacts us, we will try to manage a solution. Late Check-in fee (20,00€) will be charged for arrivals after 22:00h

I will be available by SMS, wattsapp, by mail or by phone during your stay. I live 20 minutes from the apartment, so I can be at the apartment in 30 minutes if it is needed. We've got some discounts for our guests to enjoy a flamenco show or a nice Cruise along the river Guadalquivir for a lower price than usual.

In our constant effort to make your stay as nice as possible, we have got discounts to enjoy the best attractions in the city. We have achieved for our guests a great discount for the best flamenco show in the city. 10 € off for each adult ticket asked before your arrival, and € 5 off for each "under 12 years " ticket asked before your arrival !!. If you are interested in any of these attractions of the city, you only have to write to us, and we will take care of everything. Tickets will be given at check in. Tickets will be paid during the Check in.

Located next to the Cathedral and the Alcázar of Seville, the two most important and unique monuments of the city, the apartment is situated in the tourist area, so restaurants, tapas bars, tourist information and other attractions and monuments city are around the apartment. At your arrival we will give indications of where are the nearest supermarket, public transports, recommended restaurants, and many other tips to enjoy Sevilla.

To move around the historic area of the city you must do by foot, as most of the streets of the city are not accessible to vehicles. You can use the bicycles of public service.

There is a Tram and a metro stop beside the apartment, which is a good choice to get to the bus station or train station. The bus from the airport has a stop near “Torre del Oro”, which is 5 minutes by foot from the apartment.

With the clear intention to fulfill our tax obligations and the tourist rules of Andalusia, we have decided in order to guarantee the rights of our guests, signing a lease where the conditions of your stay (price, input and output, days of stay, cancellation policy, etc.) are collected. All conditions correspond to house rules and other specifications included in this announcement. Likewise, in the contract are specified the rights and the obligations of both, the owner and guests, by the tourist regulations.

The apartment has 4 basic rules:

1. Everything you see in the apartment can be used (furniture, food and beverages) but you must leave it in the same place and clean before you leave.

2. This is a NO SMOKING apartment. Please help us to maintain a clean space.

3. Before you leave, you have to throw trash in the containers on the street.

4. The parties in the apartment or in the terrace are PROHIBITED and noises from 24: 00h. We need your help to maintain a cordial coexistence with our neighbors. Breach of this final rule will entitle the owner to immediately cancel the stay and request payment of the deposit as compensation.
