This magnificent apartment is located in the heart of the city of Seville, in the old town, one of the most monumental and important in Europe.
Our magnificent building of Lumbreras St. 38, which type of courtyard house popular style of the twentieth century, with its majestic facade dating from its origins in 1906, makes your stay converge in a historical space that became part of the garden of the Convent and compass of San Clemente and Santa Clara, one of the most important of Seville. The building has been renovated in 2009, by the owners, a family of architects and interior designers who have managed to converge original materials are a combination of marble, wood beams, metal, with other art-deco such as Venetian plaster, monolayers, and a modern design and according to the XXI century.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building, with its easy access through their typical areas. You have access to a communal terrace where you can make use of showers, and enjoy the sun in our city.
The apartment is equipped with sheets, blankets and towels. The apartment is also equipped with soap, toilet paper, detergent, garbage bags, dishwasher soap "welcome".
The apartment has a living room lit naturally through a double window large and decorated in a stylish and practical at the same time, with bright colors, like our city, allegorical pictures of our folklore and tradition. Available inside, a 3-seater sofa that becomes a comfortable double bed or sofa bed if needed, accompanied by a reading lamp. A modern upholstered armchair, a coffee table and TV cabinet, which houses a magnificent 32" plasma with international channels and wifi wireless connection (totally free) internet during your accommodation in the apartment.
The dining room, attached to the living room consists of a large steel and glass table, 6 chairs methacrylate.
The kitchen is very practical, "American style" is adjacent to the dining room where you will find a small selection of teas and coffees. It is fully equipped with all necessary for you to prepare and enjoy your own food. A large refrigerator with high capacity is the perfect partner for anyone who happens to us more than a couple of days, so it is equipped with washing machine, with programs for all types of clothing, digital hob with 4 fires, kettle (Kettle), coffee , toaster, microwave grill, juicer, blender, iron, crockery, glassware and cutlery for all persons as well as pots, pans and utensils in a state of impeccably maintained, making this kitchen, one of the best equipment you can found in apartments.
The two bedrooms, which are accessed through a short corridor width and decorated with soft colors and a convenient and comfortable furniture that make them a suitable place to rest.
The master bedroom, a naturally lit by two windows, is composed of two comfortable "twin" beds , individual reading lights, and a large closet for your luggage and other accessories that will make your stay more comfortable (Table ironing and cleaning supplies).
The second bedroom, naturally lighted main courtyard dating from the early twentieth century, consists of two "twin" beds individual reading lights, large mirror and a large closet.
The bathroom, modern and spacious, where you can enjoy a refreshing shower after a hard day of work or stroll through our city.

THINGS TO DO IN SEVILLE:
As you will be in the heart of the old city there are a great many things to do and see, take a leisurely stroll along the banks of the RIVER GUADALQUIVIR; go and see the awe inspiring CATHEDRAL, which is the largest Gothic Cathedral in the world and its Moorish 'GIRALDA' Tower.
Other important historic sights that should not be missed are the REALES ALCAZARES, PLAZA ESPAÑA,MARIA LUISA PARK, MUSEUM OF FINE ARTS to name but a few. Take a TRAM RIDE around the city sights, or a take in a RIVER CRUISE. Stroll around the great shops and boutiques, the leather wear on sale here is second to none. Visit the lively local MARKET in Calle Feria, held on Thursdays. A 10 minute walk from the apartment & you are at the entrance to the ISLA MAGICA THEME PARK.
After an exciting day you may want to go and try the local food in one of numerous TAPAS BARS and RESTAURANTS. By the river you can find many romantic restaurants, some of them open air. Maybe choose to have dinner in the centre and dine whilst watching a traditional FLAMENCO show.
As well as SHOWS and PLAYS, BALLET and OPERA can be seen at various theatres, often featuring famous international performers.
The NIGHTLIFE in the city is very lively, fuelled by the many bars, clubs & discos where you can keep going till dawn, and then you can go for CHOCOLATE and CHURROS, an absolute 'must'.
