Moratin 3 Sleeps 4 - 8 people.This is a two-floor, 115 m2 apartment.On the first floor there is a large sitting room with a sofa bed, an open-plan kitchen and a toilet. On the second floor there´s a double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and large wardrobes.The apartment has (hot and cold) air conditioning in all of the rooms, a television and an iron. The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass-ceramic hob, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a fridge, an oven and a microwave.* Can request an extra bed in case you don´t want to share a sofa bed.Moratin 5 Sleeps 6-10 people.This is a three-floor, 180 m2 apartment.On the first floor, there is a large living room with a double sofa bed and the master bedroom, which includes a private bathroom and dressing room. In this area, one not-to-be missed monument is the Giralda, which is now the Cathedral tower, one of the highest in Christian churches. Other places of interest include the Alcázar, the Torre del Oro, the Casa de Pilatos, the City Hall, the Archivo de Indias, the Fine Arts Museum (the second largest in Spain in number of paintings), as well as the many convents, churches and palaces.

Central Sevilla

Sevillians are very proud of their April Fair. For one week the party survives day and night. In these days elegant horses and women dressed in traditional gypsy costumes can be viewed by the city.

“Moratin 3 and 5 were well appointed, comfortable, in a wonderful central position and we were simply delighted.”

We were two groups of friends in the two apartments and it could not have been more convenient. Everything worked beautifully. The owner was extremely helpful. We hired a housekeeper for two hours a day, which made it like being in a hotel. We split the cost between us and it worked out much less expensive than staying in a hotel. It also meant we could all congregate very easily in one of the sitting rooms. Furnishings were attractively put together and the beds extremely comfortable. It could not have been better.
