Apartment Stass is a new south facing 2 bedroom apartment with a large south facing terrace in the centre of Schladming.Our modern, bright and comfortable family friendly holiday accommodation is on the ground floor level of a private apartment house in a very central position. Only a few minutes walk to the Planai gondola station and a four minute walk to the town centre shops, bars and restaurants. Furnished to a high standard, we can accommodate up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Bedroom 1 has a large double bed with 2 separate mattresses and quilts and flat screen cable TV. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Other amenities include flat screen cable TV in lounge, Free WI-FI Internet, DVD / CD player, fully fitted kitchen and a large sunny terrace with a great view of the Planai mountain and Rohrmoos. Our modern apartment is on the ground floor with a wonderful sunny south facing aspect. There is also a house lift that allows access to our private secure ski and boot storage room with boot heaters. A private covered parking space is also included in the rental price to keep your car safe and snow free, allowing you to quickly get on your way in the winter mornings to the surrounding ski resorts. For winter rentals for our Winter sports guest's we can organize airport transfers, ski passes, ski hire and ski lessons as well as a wealth of information on the local area and things to do.For Summer Rentals we can organise a wealth of activities for the whole family with our partners in Schladming, including canyoning , white water rafting, mountain biking and parascending. We are also less than 2 hours driving distance of the Austrian Grand Prix Circuit. We have expert knowledge of the local area and are glad to offer all the help we can to our guest's to allow them to maximize their enjoyment of this wonderful holiday destination

No ski boots or outdoor walking boots are allowed in the apartment. Please use the lift. when wearing ski boots or outdoor walking boots in the apartment house when accessing our cellar room There is plenty of secure storage for these items in our personal cellar room.

We can organise ski passes, ski and snowboard hire, ski and snowboard lessons and airport transfers for you on request. Please contact us for a quote for these services

For Winter 2016/2017 - You can book a ski and ski boot safe locker for your whole stay at the Planet Planai Gondola Station for the week so that you don't need to bring the equipment back to the apartment each day of you don't want to

60m2 studio apartment with room controlled under floor heating throughout, finished in 2012 and furnished to a high standard. With a large south facing sunny terrace and a garden, Apartment Stass has everything you need for an enjoyable Winter or Summer holiday.
The apartment is on the ground floor with elevator access to the cellar and has covered private parking.
Kitchen - Electric hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, microwave and a full range of kitchen utensils.

Cellar - Private Ski boot heaters, ski rack, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board, coin operated washing machine (2€ per wash) secure storage for mountain bikes and snow sport equipment.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paddy (the owner) a message.

If Paddy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
