Dear friends, welcome to St. Petersburg. I've prepared for you a perfect one-bedroom apartment on the second most important street in St. Petersburg. Renovated, new furniture and appliances, full set of amenities. Only 3 lucky guys on board. Closed parking in the yard.

You can enjoy all the beauty and attractions, just step out of the house.

The apartment is located in a house built in 1878, a monument of architecture, "apartment house P. A Aksenova," architect Mikhail Andreyev.

That's what it is equipped with: washing machine, refrigerator, hairdryer, iron, oven, microwave, TV, dishwasher, kettle, double bed and more, all in order to make your stay comfortable.

Die Stadt ist keine frage einmalig,mussman gesehen haben. In der Wohnung war ,fast immer nur kaltes wasser(keine Möglichkeit zum duschen). Einkaufen sehr weit zu laufen. Alles andere war durchsch… More

Dear Luba, thank you for your lie. There is a central hot water supply plus electricity boiler for emergency situations in the apartment. Guests are 100% guaranteed with hot water round the year. All in the apartment was absolutely top level as always, 300 meters to the the stores is very long destination for you as I understand, nevertheless we have very cheap taxi rates in Sain-Petersburg, from 0.5 to 3 Euro to every destination in the center for those who doesn't like to walk. Hope your l will enjoy your trips and life in the future. Best wishes, Mike.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Mike (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
