Seaside is an extremely comfortable and beautifully equipped ground floor apartment, close to all of Newquay's main attractions. An ideal family holiday base, and a real year round option.

Open plan Living/Dining/Kitchen area with access to terrace and smashing sea views. Dining table and 6 chairs. 3 seater and 2 seater leather settees. 47" Smart TV with huge number of entertainment options, including Netflix subscription. Blu-Ray/DVD player with ~60 movies. CD player. Gas fire.

Master bedroom with sea view, King size bed, en-suite shower/toilet, 32" Freeview TV/DVD and access to terrace. Twin bedroom with 40" free view TV with DVD player, Chromecast and Xbox 360 with game selection. Third Single bedroom. Each bedroom has both venetian and blackout blinds.

Family bathroom with separate shower.

Kitchen has granite worktops, full range of cooking equipment, cutlery and crockery, making this a proper self-catering option. 5 burner gas hob, electric double oven, microwave, 2 undercounter fridges both with iceboxes, coffee machine, plate warmer, dishwasher and washer/drier.

High chair, cot and cot bedding, junior dining chair, toys, buckets and spades, bodyboards etc provided.

Central heating and Broadband Wifi (B.T). Seaside is directly on the South West Coast Path, and a stay here, in combination with the excellent local bus services, is very convenient for walkers ticking off the North Cornwall stages of the 630 mile walk.

We also have a larger and even more luxurious duplex apartment in the building next door, with 3 en-suite bedrooms sleeping 6 in total comfort, balcony and allocated parking space. It is called Westcliffe, and is property number 80836

The England region

Cornwall - undoubtedly Britain's best and favourite family holiday destination. You are already looking at this so you probably know that already! Whether you just want to lie on the beach, take in the fantastic scenery, go for excellent walks/bikerides, do the Eden Project or National Maritime Museum, mooch round interesting places - Cornwall has it all.

Anything in Cornwall is easily done in a day trip from Newquay.

West Country

Newquay is a top spot as a family holiday resort.

It is easy to see why - 8 (yes 8) glorious beaches, all sandy and each with individual character, the Blue Reef Aquarium and Newquay Zoo top the list of things to do. Family friendly eating all over town, with new options arriving all the time (Frankie and Benny's and Prezzo new for 2014). Take the plunge and learn to surf - it is easier than it looks. You may not be up with the pros, but you don't have to be brilliant, and that first time you stand up will be memorable. Surf schools are plentiful.

We love Newquay, and have been letting here for 5 years. Seaside is our second rental property, completely revamped for the 2014 season.

Top Tip - Newquay is fantastic out of season - the beaches, walks and views don't leave for the winter!

“5 Star Location, Apartment and Creature Comforts”

We stayed at Seaside for a week and loved every minute of it. The apartment has everything that you would need or use at home, and more, making it perfect for families or groups of adults. Having travelled to places including St Ives, Lizard, Lands End, St Michaels Mount, Hopewell Bay and of course Newquay itself during the day, the quality of the apartment we came home to of an evening was truly appreciated by all; makes a massive difference to come home and be able to truly relax....the bonus for the kids being internet access, their own room, access to Netflix, DVD's and so on. You couldn't get much closer to a beach or a view of the sea, in a fabulous part of the UK, definitely a 5 Star recommendation from us.

Along with four other members of my family we stayed here from 9 to 16 July 2016. The flat has everything that is needed to make your stay comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and loads of entertainment for those bleak rainy days which might occur! As other reviewers have noted, parking is an issue, however in the week we were there we were fortunate to be able to grab a spot when we needed it (usually around 5.00 p.m.). However, since the flat is within walking distance of the railway station and shops a car is not really needed. We had wonderful weather and watching the ebb and flow of the tide on Towan beach was an endless fascination.
