Sea Reach Apartment is a comfortable two bedroomed apartment attached to an unusual cottage, with beautiful arched windows. The apartment is in a fantastic location situated just a few minutes walk from Newquay town. The nearest beach Great Western is just at the end of the road a short walking distance away.It is a modern apartment with a cosy feel, has a great sunny decked patio area leading off the lounge / kitchen, this has a small area for you to use your disposable BBQs. Sea Reach can comfortably sleep 4 people in 2 bedrooms and can easily fit in a travel cot into the main bedroom for young child for which there would be no additional charge. If an additional bed is needed a fold up bed can be provided which would fit in the double bedroom this would be an additional £100 per week but as Sea Reach is really only suited for 4 people there is only lounge and dining table seating for 4.

£100 damage deposit is taken on all bookings this is refundable by Holiday Lettings after 7 days if no damage is reported to Holiday Lettings. Please leave the apartment as you find it.

Living/ Dining area : Leather corner sofa seating four with flat screen TV, Sky TV and DVD player. Dining table with seating for four. electric heating. Kitchen : Fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker and four hobs , fridge , kettle, toaster, microwave, iron, Washing Machine is located in the kitchen area . Bedroom one : double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with lamps, double pine wardrobe , mirror Bedroom two : bunk beds ( two single ) , wardrobe with 3 drawers Bed linen and hand towels are provided.Wet Room : fully tiled wet room with shower, toilet and basin Garden : sole use of fully enclosed decked garden with picnic bench.High chair and travel cot available on request. travel cot can comfortably fit in bedroom one if requested. Information book located in the apartment.

Parking is available outside the apartment from 9pm-9am. From 1st March - 30th April there is no allocated space and would be on the public road outside the property but there is usually plenty of spaces to park within a short distance from the apartment.

Inside the artificial biomes are plants that are collected from all around the world. The project is located in a reclaimed Kaolinite pit, located 3miles from the town of St Austell.The unique and inspiring Minack Theatre on the cliff edge at Porthcurno in Cornwall has won the Travel Mail award for the Best Day Out in the national Enjoy England Awards for Excellence 2009.threr are some great National Trust and English Heritage, such as Lanhydrock House and Pendennis Castle. Or if you're looking for somewhere for children try Crealy Great Adventure Park or Dairyland Farm World, which both have outdoor attractions plus big indoor play areas.also lappy valley railway is fantastic for children having 3 miniature railway along with crazy golf, canoes on the lake and woodland walks.There are also national landmarks such as Land's End which has something for the whole family, or Cornwall's natural heritage in the form of our stunning coastline and countryside.there is also the national galleries and museums such as The Tate St Ives and the National Maritime Museum Cornwall in Falmouth. And with our coastal location, marine attractions such as the National Seal Sanctuary at Gweek and Blue Reef Aquarium at Newquay are well worth a visit.

Central Newquay

Newquay has fantastic beaches including the famous Fistral beach. There are lots of coastal walks with amazing views. At Trenance leisure park and gardens just a few minutes walk from the apartment you will find Newquay zoo, the swimming pool, tennis courts, bowling green, children's play area, pitch n put, crazy golf, miniature trains and 'wooden waves' skate park just a bit further down the road you will also find Trenance boating lake and riding stables You can even go horse riding along the beach and river Gannel which is a great experience for all the family.There are plenty of pubs, clubs and restaurants in Newquay Town just a short walk down the road.

“Excellent accommodation with added touches”

Well situated near beech and local attractions,The flat was very clean and modern with outside area. We were left tea, coffee and biscuits which was a lovely touch after a long journey. Would recommend it to my friends and hope to stay again.

This apartment was just perfect for our needs. There was plenty of space and everything one could need for a comfortable stay and it was just a few minutes' walk into town. There was a lovely back yard deck with a table, which was warm and sunny in the morning. The neighbor's cat sat on the wall and had a brief visit with us while we were outside. Nicola and Gary were friendly and accommodating and very easy to communicate with. The only complaint I had was with Newquay itself (didn't do my research - lots of stag parties in town) but that didn't reflect on our apartment at all. Thanks so much!
