Complete independence with your own front door and all private amenities but hosts live in the apartment above so are always available if need arises. The apartment has its own outdoor space. It's close to Chalk Farm tube and there's quick access to central London. You're just a few minutes' walk from the excitement of Camden Town, the charm of Primrose Hill and the delights of Hampstead Heath - so shops, restaurants, green space and night life are all close by, but the street where this apartment is situated is quiet. Wifi access and Sky Television are provided. Rate is for standard occupancy which is 2 guests. However, the apartment will sleep 4 guests comfortably in 2 double beds (and a travel cot is available for babies). There is a slight surcharge

(Please note that this charge applies to extra guests regardless of their age - infants and toddlers are charged for!). Please do give the correct guest numbers when booking.

The apartment is simple but attractive, with wood floors, white walls, high ceilings, hand-built fully-equipped kitchen, clothes washer-dryer and dishwasher. Almost everyone who's stayed has commented that it's much nicer than the pictures! Both bedrooms have direct access to the patio where a small table and chairs is available for outdoor eating. The bathroom has a tub with a shower over the tub (no separate cubicle). You'll find hairdryers, plenty of clean towels and bed-linen, a welcome pack with some basic drinks and food for breakfast, and we can also supply a weekly shop if required. There are many books in the apartment which you are welcome to read. We are happy to supply games and toys for children too. We would be glad to make reservations for restaurants, theatres, etc. on behalf of guests.

The apartment has a television with Sky TV installed. There is also Wifi access.

The flat is close to central London. Transport here is excellent and the flat is well located for getting around. Chalk Farm underground station (on the Northern Line) is 7 minutes walk. (You can be in Kings Cross in 10 minutes on the tube or Leicester Square in 15). Many buses run from the end of the road including the 46, 24 (a great route taking you right through the centre of London) and the 393. Kentish Town Overground Station is a short walk (10 minutes) as is Gospel Oak Overground. Access to Eurostar couldn't be easier - the Eurostar terminus at Kings Cross is on the Northern LIne just a couple of stops from our local station Chalk Farm (7 minutes walk or 2 minutes and £5 by taxi from the taxi company adjacent to the station). Travelling to and from Heathrow is easy either by underground or the Heathrow Express. London City Airport is a short ride away - £28 by taxi.

For short stays (up to 4 weeks) we can supply a cleaner during your stay if you'd like one. For longer stays (a month or more) we ask that you pay for a weekly clean at £30 per week. This keeps the apartment in a good state and benefits both you and us.
