You can very comfortably sleep 8 to 12 people, as there are 2 king size double beds, 2 double and 2 sofa beds. Also we can provide a baby cot and camp beds / comfy, quality blow up beds on request.

The apartment is located just off the Fulham road and Fulham Palace road which offer a fantastic array of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and pubs.

It's Easy To Get Around!

Just 10 minute walk from Putney Bridge (750 meters) and Parsons Green (950 meters) tube stations. Also just a couple of minutes walk to the bus stop, where buses will take you directly to the sight seeing hot spots.

The apartment is maintained by Maddy our Housekeeper & Co-ordinator extraordinaire, who prepares it immediately after the guests check out and it's therefore available 24/7.

• The windows have been double glazed which makes the entire home very quiet and safe.

Linen:

All the towels and bedding are of good quality and these will be replaced after every check out with fresh clean ones.

At an extra cost, we offer a daily maid service as an option.

Guest Access

On entering through the private access, there is one low step from street level to the main front door, which leads you to the rooms on the ground floor. So those arriving with prams, wheel chairs or heavy luggage will have a straightforward and easy access to the kitchen, bed and living rooms on the ground floor.

The additional rooms are on the 1st floor up a flight of stairs.

Access to the apartment is obtained through a set of keys, which are stored in a key safe and easily accessible for guests. Details of these are provided approximately 2 weeks in advance of your visit.

Interaction with Guests

We are available 24/7 if you have any urgent needs, which need addressing immediately. We provide full mobile, email and IM contact details on booking.

We’ll email you the morning after check in to ensure all went well. After this, if you need us please contact us.

We also provide guests with 'Our local guide to Fulham' two weeks before they arrive. This explains how to reach the apartment by planes, trains and automobiles as well as many local places you can visit, eat, drink or go to during your visit.

We hope we have provided everything you will need for a fabulous stay, and we would love to hear from you if you do come up with more ways that we can provide an even better stay for you the next time.

The University boat race start point, Putney Bridge, 5 min walk.

The apartment is located on a secluded road in SW6 London, noise is low and there is plenty of street parking (meter payments) directly outside for those wishing to arrive by and use their car during their stay. I can also provide a Smart Visitor Permit, which provides parking at a subsidised rate.

There are half a dozen Barclays Cycle Hire locations within 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment for those wishing to have a leisurely cycle around the capital.

There are half a dozen plus ZIP car hire points & an Avis Car rental office again within 10 minute walk for those requiring cars.

Eating Out/Going Out, Theatre, Musicals:

Well, where to start? London has to be the most cosmopolitan city in the world from where you can experience almost any cuisine you could imagine. With restaurants to suit every budget, eating well without spending a fortune. If you're stumped for a venue our local guide, which we email to you in advance of your arrival will certainly help you out with the decision making.
